This is the second time Gary cleaned my roof. The first time about 5 years ago the chemicals he used killed one of my shrubs. when I told him about it, he gave me a check to cover the replacement cost. for that reason, I hired him again on Oct. 8, 2018. when he got done with the cleaning, there were several shrubs that appeared to be chemically damaged. Gary asked to give them a few weeks to see if they would bounce back. a few did but 2 were definately dead. when I called him to give him an update, he told me he was out of town for 3 weeks and I should call him back so he could look at them. When I called him back several weeks later he told me that it was 6 months since he did the work, that I had told him previously that I had the shrubs rmoved and that he couldn't do anything about it. he then hung up on me when I reminded him of our previous conversation and did not take follow-up phone calls from me. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM AS HE IS NO LONGER REPUTABLE.

Frank, so sorry you have had problems with Gary. Gary owns Apple Roof Cleaning of Pasco and Pinellas County. We are Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa. We have nothing to do with Gary, and he has nothing to do with us. Please contact me or my Son Jamie at 813-655-8777, and we will assist you in leaving this review, at the right place. As you can see by our excellent reviews Frank, we take care of any problems we accidentally cause, and certainly would never hang up on any of our customers.

Jamie and Crew did an excellent job! Our roof looks brand new and it took them half the time compared to other roof cleaning companies with way better results! And no messy chemical runoffs that damage shrubs! Very happy! I highly recommend! Thank you Jamie and Crew!

We had our roof cleaned. Pricing was reasonable. James is very good about responding to texts and texting his arrival time. He explained the cleaning process, answered all questions, and followed up upon completion. I will use his services again.

In 15 years of having my clay tile roof cleaned this is the first company that cleaned it (very well!) and did not damage any plants! I’m glad to find someone finally. I’m going to get on their maintenance plan.
