  I’m no roofer, but I am sure roofs aren’t supposed to have waves in them when they are finished being completed. Never seen a roof in my life have waves in it.

  Thank you for your concern Lisa. As this was a townhome community project you were never included in the expectations portion of our discussions. It is incredibly common to have waves and distortions in the direct aftermath of the installation of new asphalt shingles. These waves almost always settle down as the shingles heat up in the sun. I have viewed a picture of what I believe to be your building that we took after it was fully completed and there are zero waves in the shingle. You likely saw it directly after installation or had a bad angle. I find it important to also note that this roof is fully guaranteed for 25 years against any type of material or workmanship issues by the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty.   Crew showed up this am covered around house with netting when coving my flower bed they broke one of bushes and wasn’t gonna say anything until my husband notice lead on job started yelling at husband said it was just a bush have it all on camera very bed customer service

  I appreciate your concern regarding your flower bed. As you stated we arrived and attempted our best to cover and protect the grounds surrounding the roof. Unfortunately roofing is a very dangerous and destructive project. I assure you at no time did we intend or purposefully break your bush, we were intentionally taking steps to prevent that from happening. Your landlord that hired us was happy with the final project, and we appreciate the business.

  Contacted them a few days after Milton because they had replaced our roof two years prior. Very unprofessional, referred us to an engineer who ripped us off, wouldn’t return our calls, six months of run around and no progress. Would never recommend.

  Hi Chris. We truly strive to give our best to each customer, past or present. As you know the insurance process after a storm can be tedious and often frustrating, for the homeowner especially. Unfortunately, at times our hands are tied while we wait for other professionals and the insurance company to move the process along. We apologize for any misunderstanding, but assure you our intent was never to mislead you in any way.

  Company was recommended on local page, they came out and said he’d work up the numbers and get back to me but never did, they never return calls after weeks of calling because I said I would go through them for my roof, they never respond.

  Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, while not a customer of ours we would still like to address your concerns. We do not encourage our clients to file insurance claims, however if wind or storm damage has impacted their roof, we are available to guide them through their own claim process. Only a homeowner can file a claim on their insurance policy and we never enter into an Assignment of Benefits contract with our customers. The purpose of the letter you received is to indicate to our clients that we are available for all of their roofing needs. We have had hundreds of clients reach out to us after filing a claim on their own and have had to deal with the adjuster appointments and payment delays on their own, not realizing we have an office team available to provide assistance. It is also very important to note that this is absolutely not fraudulent, the homeowners insurance carriers must agree that there is sufficient damage for them to agree to pay a claim. Under the terms of the insurance contract the carriers are liable for the damages, if deemed sufficient. I appreciate your concern, but if you dig deeper into the issue you will find it is the lawsuits (and associated legal expenses) being filed by denied claims that are the problem, not the insurers covering rightful claims, and we do not deal with any attorneys.

  Met with Damien on 12/18 for an estimate. He said he would email it later that day or the next at the latest. Here it is 1/3 still no estimate after leaving a phone message and text message, neither of them returned. Apparently they don't need my business or that of my friends and family.

  The estimate was emailed on Dec. 20 as agreed. Our office was open throughout the holidays and we did not receive a call or message from you. As soon as we saw this review we reached out to you to determine why you did not receive our estimate and realized that the email address had a typo on our end. The estimate was re-sent to you immediately. We appreciate and honor every customer and regret the typo.

  Very unprofessional, damaged my gutters with ladder!!! Then I was lied to from Damian Lopez, quoting he is the owner of the company. I called office to complain, waiting to hear back from owner of company... Shall see!!! I took pictures of damage...

  We recently had our roof replaced by Certified Roofers, and the entire experience was outstanding. Their team did a fabulous job from start to finish.   Certified Roofers installed my roof 15 years ago. I have them come out periodically to see if it needs any maintenance. I’m happy to say the roof is still holding strong even after the heavy winds of Hurricane Milton. Most recently, I had Kyle come out to replace some flashing. He was courteous and professional and communicated well. Highly recommend Certified Roofers!

  We had a great experience working with Certified Roofers. We worked directly with Damian on a client roof repair. His communication and professionalism were excellent throughout the process. Even though an issue came up outside of the warranty period, Damian and his team still came out and took care of it without hesitation. That level of service and standing behind their work really says a lot. We truly appreciated their responsiveness, and we would absolutely recommend Certified Roofers.

  This company has been a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly professional, very communicative, and excellent craftsmanship. I had the pleasure of working directly with Zach and Dawn, but this company’s crews have been all top notch, timely, and have cleaned up everything nicely like they weren’t even there upon completion. I had a roof replacement as well as fascia replaced with Hardie board and painted, and couldn’t be more pleased. Gutters will be installed in the next day or two, but I am confident in their hands, since this is a reputable company, and I am happy that I went with my decision to go with them. Thank you Certified Roofers for a job well done and your diligence to customer satisfaction and service!

  We recently had our roof redone by Certified Roofer, and I can genuinely say it was such a positive experience from beginning to end. Taking on a roofing project can feel overwhelming, but Damian and his crew made it surprisingly easy and stress-free.
