  It goes to show that most of these reviews are fake. It has been my experience with South Edge that they only deserve one star. I only give them that because they did do good job in informing me of the process initially, but after paying half of the invoice, I received no communications. I had to keep calling to find out when the work was to commence. When a worker finally showed, he acted as if he didn't want to be briefed on what my issue was and wound up partially doing the job that eventually ruined my living room. I've called the company and the worker constantly for a month with promises to come back and complete the job with no response. And they have been paid in full. I do not recommend this company

  Reached out to Chris at South Edge to take care of some repair requests for a home closing. He came out to look at the job and give a quote. He told me he could handle the requested items. I followed up via email 3 or 4 days later to find out about scheduling with no reply. I sent him a text a day later and he responded the next day that he would reach out by noon that day(Friday). No follow up. Sent numerous other text messages with no response. I understand if a job is too small or you are too busy, but to tell a customer that you will do the job and then fall off the face of the earth is very unprofessional. It put me in a very tough situation with wasting about week and half of my time to try and find another contractor before closing. Will not attempt to use again or recommend

  Contacted South Edge Roofing & Construction for a roof repair via Thumbtack. Response was prompt and I received an estimate within a day. Price was fair so we set a date for the work to be started. My entire experience with South Edge was smooth and I appreciate the good communication the entire team establishes with their client. Will definitely call them if I need any work done in the future!

  A really good experience. A tree fell on my roof and punched a hole in it. South Edge responded quickly to the estimate request, price was reasonable, work was premium. The service before after and during the process was finest kind

  South Edge came out to give an onsite estimate to repair a rotted wood step. They offered a reasonable price and repaired the step within one day. The workmanship was solid and quality in every way. I would definitely use again and would recommend them to others.

  Chris and his crew did a great job. They were able to complete the job in one day. Their set up and clean up prevented any damage to our lawn or hedges. Chris always responded quickly to any of our questions. I highly recommend them for your roofing solutions.

  After a terrible windstorm, I found that I needed some shingles replaced. When I called South Edge Roofing & Construction, they were out to inspect my roof the very next day. My roof had more damage than I knew I had. Fast forward 2-3 weeks & Chris was out with his crew & made quick work of replacing the roof on my home & two other buildings. The entire process was explained prior to the start & I was given previous homes to check out that had been done by South Edge Roofing. The entire job was supervised & the crew was very professional. Attention to detail & much care was given to the areas around the house. They completely covered my pool so there would no issue there. My home & Garages look great & the crew was very meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. South Edge Roofing gets 5 stars from me & a big thank you for making the entire process easy. If you're looking for a Roofing contractor. You can't go wrong with South Edge Roofing. I would not use anyone else. Donald Murff
