  Worst service ever! Cody came to my house and did an inspection. He saw roof, siding damage to my house and garage, broken window on my house. Talked me into filing a insurance claim for the storm damage in April. He quickly went over paper work for me to sign and he filed my insurance claim. I told him I was going on vacation with my grandson as soon as he returned from DC on the 18th of June and asked if the work would be completed by then. He promised it would be. Cody responded to all calls and texts quickly until he got almost $18,000 in insurance checks and he was hard to reach. He finally sent an email with papers to esign for roof repair that should have been for house and garage. After the roof on the house and not the garage he lied and said the garage wasn't covered by insurance. I talked with my insurance to confirm that the garage was covered. Cody not once said before me signing that they were not doing the garage roof and papers did not say only house. Then he was very hard to contact again, not responding to texts or messages left for him. Finally sends the siding repair to my house. They looked over everything and said they would be back the next day. Never showed up. Had 6 appointments for them, they never showed or called saying they were rescheduling. I had to postpone our vacation for 2 weeks. I've told them to do the work or refund my money. They have not done either. I also found out that they do not do the work themselves. They subcontract all the work out to other companies so it cost you more then you hiring a company for repairs yourself. I finally left for our vacation on July 6 and the work was never completed. The only work that was done was the roof on the house and they did not even replace a sheet of plywood that had a big dip in it even though in their contract it included 2 sheets and they didn't replace any. Cody was a perfect salesman. He promises you everything to get you to sign papers, then you find out it was all lies... ple

  Terrible company. They send a bunch of kids to knock the door of every house in the city, when they get a job they deliver half of what they promised and on top of that do horrendous work. Don’t suggest working with this company!

  Received a loud Aggressive knock on the door at 730ish PM last night. The kind of knock where "it was urgent or an emergency". I was just home from work (14 hours ) and in the shower. I reviewed the video footage to see a Beaver Home services truck drove up directly in front of the house, walked up, knocked on the door, waited for a long period, eventually went back to his truck and drove off. He came only to my home, and did not stop at any others as he left. I did not have an appointment. I have never spoken with any roofing company or the like. He obviously had a reason to show up uninvited. This is bad business. People will call you if they need you. They work or have things to do. Their time is valuable. Showing up unannounced to hustle your wares late in the evening because people are likely home from work is slimy It may not be illegal, but will alienate me from ever calling you much less recommending you. Take me and my address of any of your customer lists! (All your company's and affiliations)

  Had my roof recently replaced with Beaver home services. Roof replacement is a huge job and it does involve several parties but all in all, the job got done with only minor set backs. The communication was open, spoke directly with Rob for the most part and he was very attentive to all the details and concerns. Working with Beaver home services for roof replacement was a positive experience.

  Beaver home Services were Amazing! My roof is absolutely great. And fixed a bad spot by my fireplace which I had no clue was bad. From the workers being there from start to finish and the clean up .. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family..   We recently just had our roof replaced with the help of Cody Twist & his team at Beaver Homes. Cody made this experience so easy, comfortable, & was so professional. He was so responsive to all our needs & questions. I highly recommend working with both Cody & Beaver Homes. Our roof turned out great & the crew left the property as it was before & clean up was excellent. They even returned the second day to make sure & Cody followed up with a phone call as well.

  Good afternoon in May 2025 we had a roof installed by Beaver home services. Their sales person Chris did a wonderful job with the insurance claim, the process for installing the roof was handled efficiently the gutter installation was not done all that well, which was also included in the insurance claim. There was to be a $500 credit returned to us after final completion of all the paperwork. almost a year later we still have not received that payment, now they’re telling me they applied that payment to an outstanding balance that did not exist, if you use them for your roofing services just beware of their accounting the department. My recommendation would be to not handover all funds from the insurance company until everything is squared away.
