  I have a roof that's about six years old. I had some small area with some storm damage. I called them to see if they can repair. (Andy came out to the house ).. it instead of helping me fix the damage part that was leaking there advise me that they can only replace the whole roof and send me a Quote for $12,000. I contacted another roofing company who came out and fix the leaking part of the roof for only $760 and they inspected the whole entire roof and any other areas that might be leaking or could be leaking in the future. They sealed it, all for only $760 and they wanted to replace my whole roof which is practically new for $12,000 so in these trying times roof it right should probably think about changing their name to something else. I am very disappointed in dealing with them.

  Andy at roof it right was suppose to be here on Nov 11, 2024 and he was no call no show I don’t know why he didn’t show up. I will tell anyone I know needing a roof job not to use them cause they ain’t dependable and reliable and they never called me either to check on things.

  I cannot recommend Roof it Right. The Roof was installed satisfactorily. The problem was my insurance company asked for a more detailed estimate All they supplied was a final price. They refused to provide one stating they don't do that. As a result my insurance company could not pay me for the work.

  I called and got an appointment and waited for 2 weeks for Andy the sales manager to come by. He did come on time, took my e-mail address, and told me that I would receive a quote for the job in my e-mail. I got a letter 4 days later …

  Replacing our roof started as a daunting task. There were so many company’s to choose from and to be honest some didn’t seem legit. Then came Roof It Right and their name says it all. Our salesman was attentive and clearly focused on making sure we understood the process, the importance of quality materials, and warranty information too. He also arrived on the first day of install to make sure everything was set. Their crew was amazing; sweet and so respectful. The attention to detail and safety during the process was appreciated. With two dogs and their magnet search for nails through our lawn, mind blowing! Our home looks fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the process and the outcome! Truly, thank you!

  This is the second time we have used Roof It Right. It began with Andy Sites, the sales manager. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. The crew that showed up to do the installation was top notch. We couldn't be happier with the work and the price was more than fair.

  Great job and great experience. From the estimate to the cleanup after the roof was done, top-notch work. Andy and the guys up on my roof all did an excellent job! Highly recommend RIR. Quality, price, and care taken (cleaning up at the end of each day) were all spot-on!

  I recommend roof at right for anybody. He comes out and does a presentation for the house and tells you what he needs what he does and everything he's right to point, not around skipping anything and I really enjoyed his conversation with him and all his workers are really well done. Work cleaning up after themselves and everything.

  I never seen such professionalism from a company and a long time they came in like gangbusters got the job done left I was 100% impressed I had a trouble with the painters leaving ladder marks on my brand new roof they tried to blame everybody but themselves when I watched them do it I was depressed I called the gang they fixed me up they came out and did the work didn't charge me anything I'm so glad that I picked Roof it right I would highly recommend him to anybody I know or anybody reading this text thank you great job
