  Had a roof completed approximately 9 years ago. Purchased an architectural roof suppose to be about 25 years before a new one wld be needed. In the beginning I would have left a 5 🌟 rating. Now, 9 years later cost is double. To replace rotted wood from improper installation. Had broken truss that was not addressed.during original installation.Water was under all shingles. Causing major rot. I have an insulated porch roof that has been leaking for years. I had them back out recently to quote the leaking porch roof, no mention that the roof itself is why the porch poured water for years and the house roof is why the porch was leaking. Have now paid new contractor to fix it all. So furious after feeling we did our due diligence in seeking a roof contractor to do the original job. Checking reviews and insurance etc. Now costing us many thousands more not even 10 years later. Took all of the warranty time (5 years) for the roof to deteriorate beyond words. Including the fascia. So with all of this said, easy to rate a company when the work was just done. But, it took many years before we knew how terrible the work was, that was done. Thanks D &D, for taking our money and doing shotty work.

  Yes, we did this roof 9 years ago and everything was perfect. I have only been back out to your house twice. The first time was for a leak in your kitchen around 7 years ago and then around 4 years ago for your back porch addition roof (roof that we did not do) I did give a quote to install a rubber membrane on that roof since the junction where the main house meets the metal porch was installed wrong (from the company that built the back porch) and you said it was not in your budget and at that point in time you still never mentioned any issues from your shingle roof. From that day forward till you had your roof replaced by another company, I have never heard from you regarding any issues you might have. You never once called us out for any roof issues or leaks or anything of that sort and then 9 years later after install you leave a negative google review with how bad everything is but never once called us to fix any potential issues. Yes we do have a 5 year workmanship warranty but some issues can still be fixed very quickly from a simple site visit even after the warranty but you never once called or emailed or texted anyone in our company that you were having issues. We cannot possibly fix anything that we never knew about.

  I contacted 7 roofing companies for estimates & received responses from 4. D&D was one of the 4. An appointment was made with the owner, Devin, but he did not show. Left a message for him to call & reschedule, he did not return the call. I was completely disappointed in the unprofessionalism. Due to the recent economic environment it was my intention to give to a local small business. The job went to another local small business that wanted & appreciated my business.

  I just had Dave from D&D roofing over to do a roof inspection on my home and D&D roofing is by far the most knowledgeable and honest roofing company I have ever used. This is the second time I’ve used them and they are always reliable, honest, with reasonable prices..great company!

  I am very pleased with entire roofing experience. Dave, operation manager, was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything to me. He called with information when he said he would call, keeping me updated. The roofers were exceptional, skilled, very hard workers and just nice people. They were very diligent in putting old roof materials in the dumpster , keeping my yard clear. Their cleanup was incredible, raking through the grass and picking up pieces by hand. My roof looks beautiful. I feel very comfortable recommending D&D roofing as my neighbor did for me.

  Dave Warner was fantastic! He quickly assessed the problem with our roof, after many other roofing companies have not been able to figure out what was causing issue ! He was very honest, showed us exactly what was going on, and came up with a solution! I would absolutely not hesitate to contact D and D Roofing! 5 Stars for sure !!!

  I called Dave at D & D to get a quote for replacing my roof because I had been told by other roofers that my roof had been installed incorrectly and was bad enough to need a full replacement. He happened to be nearby and within an hour was up on my roof checking everything out. Not only did he fix a small problem spot for free that others had struggled to identify, but also gave me his honest opinion that although the roof wasn't great it was likely good enough to last for a bit, with the one leak fixed, and it didn't make sense to replace the full roof given it was only 5 years old. Highly recommend, easy to talk to, and seems more interested in doing quality work and developing longer term relationships than trying to make a quick buck.
