I was told specifically “I don’t have time for your job”. I was given two different contracts, one of them wanting me to buy all the plywood even though it may not all have to be replaced. The other contract was ridiculously priced at $216 per sheet of plywood, while other roofing companies usually charge around $80 a sheet. Also, Mike wanted half upfront through Zelle for the job when I never met him in person.

These guys re-roofed our home and garage a year ago. Went into attic first time in a while and noticed the roof was leaking around the chimney. Called the owner who claimed to have moved to Chicago. He contacted someone who works or formerly worked with him. They came out, asked to see the leak. Looked, said nothing, did not answer questions. Went onto roof with a caulk gun, climbed down and drove off without talking to us. Still leaking. Owner changed their number. The "business" location is a storage facility. Don't trust these people. The owner lied to us, reneged on a 15-year warranty which isn't worth the paper it's written on.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience. As we stated before The roof was not an issue it was the chimney our roof we installed was 100% water tight. We recommended you guys to contact a mason. We also returned multiple times and attempted to fix the issue that was not ours.

Mikey at Solid Rock Roofing, LLC was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Extremely responsive within 10 minutes of requesting a roof inspection and a report. He wrote it up within minutes and added photos and drone video footage. He used drone technology, which is a very cool, detailed process. Very reasonable pricing, gave recommendations for the future roof maintenance. As i am a 1st time homeowner. No high pressure sales. Greatly appreciated. 100% recommended Mikey at Solid Rock.Roofing, LLC for your next roof.

We had several quotes before choosing Solid Rock RoofingLLC, and they impressed us from the start with their professionalism and knowledge. The project manager kept us updated every day, and the crew worked hard to finish ahead of schedule. They handled everything, from removing the old shingles to installing new flashing and gutters. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both quality craftsmanship and great customer service — Solid Rock Roofing LLC does both. I’d absolutely use them again.
