I reached out to this company and asked for a quote for the siding. They asked for pictures of the siding and they said it should be replaced. I agreed. I didn't hear from them for a week or two so I reached out again for a quote. I received this response “We are not interested in quoting this job”. 🤷🏽‍♀️ ODD …

Hi Necole, thank you taking the time to reach out to us initially and even follow up about this project you were trying to complete. At Pro Exteriors, we take the time to revise and go over all potential opportunities and measure if we feel we can accomplish the workmanship that is expected of us. Going over all of the specs of your home was an arduous process as there was certainly more than imagined. When we contractors create estimates, we invest in the potential opportunity to work with you and your home. That investment comes whether or not you decide to work with us. Regardless, We hope you are able to find a suitable contractor that fits your needs. Thank you

They refused to give me a quote unless I allowed them to negotiate directly with my insurance company.

Hey Zak, Thank you for taking the time to meet with us today. At Pro Exteriors, we've taken the time to educate ourselves on the complexities of the insurance process. The insurance process is lengthy and involves an immense amount of office hours. Unfortunately, our company cannot work for free. We suggest you contact a private adjuster to help with your case. We wish you the best of luck with your property. - The ProEX Team

Called for small roofing and gutter repair. Was told they would send estimate after “talking with the team” but never even scheduled a time to come see the job, just looked at google earth at my property which made no sense. Never called back me back. I will take my money elsewhere

Hello, At Pro Exteriors we take our reviews seriously, wether it is from one of our clients or not. I see a couple of things wrong with this review, first and foremost your name (as most people would at least display their first name. And secondly the inaccuracy of the process you described. It's possible that this is a fake review but regardless, please reach out to 203-909-8075 when you can so that we may clarify. Thank you! - The Pro Ex Team

I will preface this review with the fact that I have never worked with this company, however I would not put my trust in them. I am in the market for a new roof and I really rely on reading customer reviews before meeting with any contractors. Pro Exteriors immediately got my attention with their high review rating, but once I started digging into the reviews I realized that there were some inconsistencies. Recently when they received a 1 star review, within a 10 hour period they suddenly received up to 30 5 star reviews with no explanation attached. If this is what this company does to cover up bad reviews imagine what they would cover up during your project. They cannot be trusted if this is the way they are running their online presence.

Hello Mrs Green, We feel very sorry to read that you feel this way about our company with out ever speaking to us or having experienced our service. Nevertheless, I would like to say we pay very close attention to all details in our customer service department and our labor department in addition our reviews have been gathered over years of hard work and impeccable reputation as an Elite, Certified, and law compliant roofing and siding contractor. The "inconsistencies" that you mention are due to an open house style event we hosted recently in which we educated homeowners, prospective home buyers and general public in roofing and siding procedures and products, with an attendance of around 50 people who than reviewed us based on their criteria of our company(Free videos with related content available on our Facebook page and Youtube channel) Mrs Green please feel free to contact us via Email at proexteriorsct@gmail.com or via phone and we will be more than glad to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you if we can be of any further assistance.

Excellent work on a large job. The crew was highly professional and did a great job. We had rain some nights, but the roof was stripped and roofing replaced in sections so the rain was not a problem. It was also nice that they cleaned up after each day. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Pro Exteriors from start to finish. I contacted them through their website because I needed the trim and siding around my back porch repaired. Charles responded promptly, came out to assess the job, and provided a detailed proposal that clearly explained the work to be done. The crew was professional, friendly, and very respectful of my property. They completed the job quickly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Everything looks perfect! Charles was the real PRO! Best experience I have had working with a remodeling company from start to finish. Charles is professional, knowledgable, polite and down-to-earth. He explained every detail of this project from first meeting until conclusion. He made sure to meet with me via video call to go over the details of the job. He had great aerial photos of my roof to show me exactly what the work would cover. We met in person prior to install and Charles refreshed my memory by going over the plan of action once more. I never felt rushed, pressured or cheated. The price was just right and the VIP treatment made the decision to go with Pro Exteriors for my roof and gutter replacement an easy one. The team arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up every last piece of debris on the property. They even relocated the gutter downspouts which will improve the drainage onto my property. I love the finished product and can't wait to work with Charles and his team on siding and windows.

I have used them a few times for cleaning gutters. They do tasks expeditiously and clean up any leaves or debris that may have fallen on deck/driveway etc. This time I had gutter guards installed too. Cost was so much less than others, and my house is not easy with all the trees and the varying heights from ground level. Scheduling was easy. Great communication-actually respond and follow-up. Highly recommend!
