  I highly suggest looking for a different roofing company, unless it is for a small repair. I used them for a repair first, and they did a great job, so I trusted them with a complete roof replacement. That was a huge mistake! I was looking to lower my homeowners insurance. I enlisted My Safe Florida Home to ensure that I would be correcting everything to their standards. They did an inspection and presented me with a list of the recommended improvements and "red flags" that were causing the high premiums, which I gave to Solace roofing. I explained several times, to several different people in the company, that the sole purpose of the roofing project was to satisfy and complete ALL improvements recommended by My Safe Florida. I was abundantly clear right from the beginning that I was" insisting" on having those recommended improvements done. It was not an option. They had to be done, Period. They said that they fully understood, and added the additional nails needed to the contract. When they completed the roof and it was time to submit a copy of the report of the work done to My Safe Florida, I reminded them that I needed a detailed report and pictures showing that they followed through with the recommended improvements. In the statement that they sent me to forward to My Safe Florida, they stated that "the additional roof-to-wall connector installation was determined to be unnecessary and was therefore NOT performed". The exact thing that was the main issue! When I contacted them regarding this, the response was "It won't effect the grant". So, obviously all they were concerned about was getting paid and didn't care whether they did as I asked or not. Well, I submitted their report, and my homeowners insurance not only did NOT decrease, but actually INCREASED another $3000 due to not adding those additional nails. So now it was $8000 a year! * I had to hire another company to come out and add the additional nails. I was told that they had pictures showing that

  Solace Roofing in Stuart installed our new GAF shingle roof. The process was smooth and fast. Once permitting was completed they had me scheduled and installed within about a week. The girls in the office, Michelle and BB, explained the process and made sure I was up to date on everything. Such a great experience!

  The team at Solace was great to work with, professionals, that made us feel like a priority. We were updated often, which made it a lot easier.   We had a hole cut in our tile roof and an exhaust vent installed. Fidel did a wonderful job on an incredibly hot day! The fan vent looks like it’s always been here! Thank you!
