DON’T use this company, when they damage your property they will point the finger at someone else and say it’s not their responsibility to fix it. They will not fix their own mistakes. We have water coming in to our deck, we had to replace a wall due to water damage. We have spent thousands on fixing things that should not have been damaged. They don’t care. Be careful we working with them. Per your response, the damage to the property was done long before the aluminum roof was installed. Which your company was informed. Your company ripped gutters off the building and left holes in the building and never filled the holes or cover the holes. Your company just left them open which in turn caused damage to the walls which we had to replaced before the other roof was installed. And the water is coming in through the holes now and the only place left to go is under the metal. Your company is very quick to point the finger at another company and not take responsibility for your own mistakes that has caused problems. We were informed ahead of time by the other company about the Damage on the wall when they were installing the roof and they showed us the holes left by your staff. Which has nothing to do with the other roof.

Caveat Emptor. Let the buyer beware. Code Red Admits Guilt by Defaulting on Court Proceedings. If you are considering this company... This is a must read. Code Red Roofing? Find another company there are many out there! May 2022 I signed an agreement with Griffin Roe the owners son of Code Red to replace our Roof. He knows my address and phone number all info is on the agreement. Their response to this review must be a bot response. "We take feedback like yours very seriously, as our goal is to always provide exceptional service to our customers." Nice words Almost 2 years later.... Code Red began work in July 2022 removing the existing metal roof and applying underlayment. The roof stayed in this condition until October. They started applying panels after the metal sat in my driveway for almost 2 months, uncovered, and open to the elements. Metal panel suppliers recommend the panels be applied to roof within one to two days max once delivered to the property. I was told tarps would be laid out along the edge of the home while metal pieces, Screws and trash would not be left in the yard. That was a disaster with no protection. As work was coming to a close Code Red was asked to correct dented, smudged, rusty, and incorrectly cut panels, and incomplete work before final payment. What they do is require final payment immediately upon inspection from the county so they don’t have to complete the roof properly. Luckily, I held back the last payment. The owner, Doug Roe, Contractor and owner of Code Red came to my house July 2023 a year after the start of the work. Doug assured me he would have a crew come back and correct all the defects. He told me he would give me a discount and I told him I did not want a discount. I just want my roof done correctly. "I signed an agreement with you. I’ll hold up my end and you hold up yours." I never saw him again. Code Red was served a summons to respond to a court hearing. Code Red never responded resulting in a default,

In 2023 I had a brand new terra-cotta tile roof put on my home by Code Red Roofing. The cost of the roof was 38,500. Once the roof was completely installed, there was a discrepancy with over 60 tiles not being the same color on the roof, completely mismatched and faded. Code Red Roofing received a payment of $35,000 even and issued me a work order to remove and replace The tiles that I was told were a manufacturer defect. The percentage held back was amount I was informed I could hold back by Code Red Roofing ‘s representative and he assured me That the tiles would be removed and replaced. I was then contacted by Code Red Roofing and was told I needed to wait one year. I was assured by Code Red Roofing That the tiles would fade And they would all blend in. After patiently waiting one year I contacted Code Red Roofing and told him That the tiles never faded and matched they sent out A representative who confirmed That this was the case. I spoke with Code Red Roofing and they said they would be contacting the manufacturer and the manufacturer would be sending out a representative to inspect the faded tiles. One year and seven months later, a contractor knocks at my door, but he is not from the manufacturer. It’s a roofing contractor that dyes Tiles on aging roof. The next day I was sent photos of the roof showing me that it is all one color now and that they would be expecting me to pay a balance of $3900 that was held back on completion of my roof due to the fact stated above. I explained to them I have the written work order that they issued me stating that the tiles would be removed and replaced not dyed. I am not a roofing expert by no means that’s why I hired somebody that is supposed to be professional and have integrity. Now I’ve had one of our managers repeatedly contacting me asking me when I’m going to make full payment On the 3900 that was held back under advisement of their own representative. I am waiting to hear from the owner. I told them I have no inte

I strongly advise against hiring Code Red Roofers. After months of frustrating back-and-forth and several unpleasant encounters with the owner, Doug Roe, we hired another company to resolve the ongoing issues. The difference was astonishing; the new company diagnosed and repaired the problems within weeks. While the employees were friendly, Doug’s condescending and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. At one point, he even suggested that I might have caused the roof leak by driving a nail through the flashing when their flood test revealed a hole. It became clear that Doug was more focused on making excuses than finding solutions, leading us to lose trust in him. Talking to neighbors revealed that others had similar negative experiences with Code Red. If only my husband and I had consulted them before hiring this company, we could have spared ourselves a significant amount of money, time, and stress. Save yourself the trouble—stay away from Code Red Roofers.

Their integrity is questionable and their employees are rude... Update: and roof is still leaking... Update: May 2025. FINALLY repaired roof. Had to wait for it to rain again before updating. So far, so good. But star remains the same, as the original comment still stands.

Had my roof down by code red roofers at first they were extremely responsive I am a single parent I also have a son with disabilities I had to finance the roof which was actually triple for what the roof actually cost after all the fees. So the first day they came out and they started the roof they were ripping everything off the roof ripping sides off the roof the roof was left open and exposed overnight as it rained I called and I spoke with the project manager he insured me that he will get someone out to look at it. They came out three days later informed me that the roof was going to cost me another $800 that was outside of the finance amount they told me and I was told I could afford $800 but if it goes above that please let me know as to I am on a fixed income no one ever said anything to me so I assumed all was fine. I called again because there were buckets left in front of my house parts of my roof still hanging off the company had knocked over a tree in my yard they also left all the sandbags that were on top of my house all over the place. One part of the roof on the side wasn’t put back on they told me that it had passed the inspection but they would have someone to go out and look at it Also when I got the initial proposal on the roof I was told that they would takeoff all of the gutters the gutters were never taken off of the home they were only taking off half Way the parts that are attached to the sides of the house are still there fast forward to a couple of weeks later I received a letter from Codered Roofers saying that it had actually went over $1800 in cost and that I needed to pay it I quickly called and spoke to Martin who informed me that I needed to pay at least $1000 that day or he would put a lien against my home I became very upset he told me that he would email me A corrective work order to pay for damages for the tree also we could try and set up a payment plan he said maybe he spoke too soon when telling me he was going to put a lien

My wife and I discovered that we had a known roof leak in our DR Horton house. We tried to get Horton to repair it since the house was built in 2021. After a number of calls and e-mails with Horton resulted in their refusal to repair the roof leak. We then went to the Indian River Home Show and spoke with several roofing companies that were there. We had several of them come out and provide us written estimates for the repair of the leak. Code Red Roofers estimate was the lowest and they could complete the job in a short time frame. Within a week, their crew was out and completed sealing the roof leak. Several weeks later, I was approached by a neighbor who had the same style house with again the DR Horton Roof Leak and asked who repaired mine. I without reservation recommended Code Red Roofers and handed them the business card that I had for them. They were professional and easy to work with. I totally recommend them.
