  After 2 repairs, watching water dripping from my ceiling. No return call still from these people since it would be a warranty repair and they won't make that $$$$$. Their poor quality and customer service will catch up with them someday. I should have listened to my neighbors about them. Disgusted.

  OMG it was a nightmare. While they were replacing the roof they caused 3 leaks to the inside of our house. We had an additional 100 straps replace and they used the wrong size nails, too short. There was only one person that spoke English on the crew. Their cleanup was just ok, keep finding tin tabs and nails after they left. The office had poor communication with us. When the boss or whomever came to deal with our complaints, he made a statement that how did he know his company caused the leaks. The leaks were reported right away, so that did not sit well with me. Anyway the leaks were fixed and our roof does not leak, but every time it rains I get worried. My son used this company for his roof in Hobe Sound and had no problems. I would not recommend this company.

  Wish I could tell you. After contacting them twice to get something going received no call back either time. In fact still to this day waiting for a call. Guess they don't need the business.

  Decided to replace my roof because of the reviews even though it was going to cost me more that other companies, what a mistake. This company during the whole process of replacing my roof only reach out to me when they needed to collect the money but never to keep me posted on the steps to get the work done. Be ready to inspect your own new roof after the job is done even if you are not a roofer since they have no one to inspect the job quality and just limit themselves on the inspection from the city (I found places that needed to be fixed after “experts”put a new roof in my house). Last of all, while delivering the material, a huge truck broke my driveway and even though I showed proof that the crack was caused while delivering the material; they made hundreds of excuses other that providing a solution to the issue up to putting the blame on the company that delivers the material instead of owning their own responsibilities as the company you hire. Furthermore, after several days of arguments as of a final excuse to not fix what they broke, they use a previous small crack in a different place far from the crack they made as a reasoning that the driveway was not good. My only request was to fix what they broke not to replace the whole driveway in which they refuse to fix. Please do yourself a favor and don’t bring stress to your life and avoid this irresponsible company. I will never recommend this company to a friend or family member.

  They were working on my neighbors roof but used my property for garbage, cutting plywood and trampling through my flower beds. They were inconsiderate and unprofessional. I called and spoke with gentleman from company. They wrote my number down incorrectly. I emailed them photos of their workers and the issues I had with them.

  Total Roofing Systems just completed a re-roof of my house. The Company has great claims of Professionalism and Quality. I DID NOT FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE. The first issue that I had was they claim to cleanup everyday after they are finished working. This is only partially correct. They run a magnet around the house, but that is it. Anything not picked up by the magnet is left behind. I spent days picking up screws, rivets, and sharp pieces of metal that were easily visible but were left behind. I also spent time picking up the water bottles, Gatorade bottles, paper, and other items. The second issue that I had was that they took down my Gutters since they could not work around them, which is fine. I spoke to the Supervisor on site and told him to leave the old Gutters for me to turn in for Aluminum Recycling. Needless to say the old Gutters were taken by them costing me hundreds of dollars in recycling costs. When I asked where they were they claimed I should have told the on site Supervisor to leave them, WHICH I DID. They also damaged my furring strips around the house smashing the Gutters off of my house. They even punctured holes in the down spouts coming down the walls of my house. Why? Who knows. They even damaged my soffit smashing the gutters off and claimed they didn't. Then, after using furring strips that I had purchased to replace what they broke they tried to charge me the full price of the furring strips and installation. CROOKS. Lastly I had a nice rock fountain outside the front of my house. Somehow, the fountain was broken by the end of the job. They had a ladder literally next to my fountain for the entire job. When I said that they had broken it, they denied it. It is not hard to figure out that one of the guys stepped on it coming down from the ladder. Definitely not a Company that values there name nor stands behind there employees .

  This company likes to take advantage of the elderly. They charge $19,000 for a house less for a house less than 2000 sq ft also charged 3500 for plywood.charged for an entire sheet for only a foot by a foot out of a piece. That was bad. I would not recommend this company since it has been taken over by new owners it is not the same quality as it once was. After calling to see if there was a mistake for my grandparents the gentleman Carlos called my grandmother and proceeded to tell off a 78 year old lady Very very disappointed in the way my grandparents were treated especially in an elderly area like the treasure coast

  The only positive I have to say is that Louis was a pleasure to work with. After we signed our contract, it was downhill from there. We have two dogs at home that we were attempting to coordinate to put in doggy daycare for tear off, and all we asked for was a one day notice. They never called with the schedule for project start. Also, per the contract that we signed, “any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders...” We received an invoice for $1,200 FOUR months after project completion for a “change order for 24 pieces”. This was the first I was notified (via mail). When I called the office for an explanation, no one can explain what the change order was for. I have been awaiting a call back for further information and requested for them to drop this invoice and I have not received a call. After they get your name on a contract, look out. The communication thereafter is horrendous.

What impressed me most can be summed up in three areas: their sales team, communication, and flawless execution. Sales: Eli and the sales team were exceptional. They took the time to explain the roofing products, walk me through the available options, answer every question, and guide me through the decision-making process without ever making me feel pressured. Their knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence in my choice. Communication: Shakira kept everything running seamlessly. She established a group text that kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew when each crew would arrive, what work would be completed that day, and what to expect next. That level of communication made the entire project stress-free. Execution: This is where Total Roofing truly exceeded my expectations. The project was organized with military precision. Separate crews handled the removal of the old shingles and replacement of any damaged wood, staged the materials for installation, and completed the roof installation itself. Every crew was courteous, efficient, and incredibly careful to protect my property, including my pool and all of my outdoor furniture. At the end of each day, the cleanup was remarkable. There were no nails, no scraps, no debris—everything was meticulously picked up, swept, and blown clean. Benny also checked on the project to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. I honestly cannot express how impressed I am with this company. Watching the coordination of the crews was like watching a well-trained military operation—everyone knew exactly what to do, and they did it with precision and professionalism.   Great relationship with Total Roofing Systems since the day one. From the initial quote for a new roof, the customer service, the installation process and the follow up care provided by the team.   We were absolutely thrilled by Total Roofing. They promised and delivered in 3 days the most magnificent metal roof. They showed up daily on time and never left a mess at the end of the day. I highly recommend them.

  This is a great roofing company. They just finished doing an aluminum roof on my house. The crew was wonderful and cleaned every day. Not a speck left. They also texted you every time they were coming and were on time. Loved that communication thread. They took pictures in abundance to document every part of the job. You will be in good hands with Total Roof! I would highly recommend. 3800 sq feet

  I want to thank Frank DeThomas, my general contractor, for recommending Total Roofing Systems out of Stuart Florida. we bought a house that had water damaged popcorn ceiling in our garage, and I wanted Frank to tear it down and have someone install metal roofing like I did in my house in Buffalo. Shane Ireland came out and gave me a reasonable quote even though they had never done a ceiling like this before. There was some learning curves, and the owner Louis came out to meet Frank to get them through it. Shane followed up at the end to make sure the job was 100% complete and It came out perfect. I couldn't be happier and I hope they are going to do more jobs like this as a maintenance free option for other customers.

  What can I say they did a super job replacing my roof. They started on Tuesday and finished on Friday. Their crews were very professional. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

  I am very happy with my new roof that was installed by Total Roofing. From start to finish, the company was very professional and did excellent work. The process started with their salesman, Gabriel Reyes. Gabriel was responsive and follow through on every commitment he made to me. He was very easy to get in contact with and did not disappear once the contract was signed. The roof installation crew was very polite and did an excellent job. They always left my property neat and picked up at the end of the work day. My wife and I are very happy with our new metal roof and would not hesitate to recommend Total Roofing to my friends and neighbors.
