  The roofing work was good and cleanup was thorough. However, two months later we began to get notices from subcontractors that payments have not been made. At this point they still have not paid their subcontractors. We have even been threatened with liens being placed by the subcontractors , even though we paid Duraguard in full.

  I researched, checked reviews, was impressed with the sales pitch and product. The company and crew they sent however was awful. They were a week late in starting, no one called. They broke my AC unit, drank on the job, leaving beer bottles in my garbage, only communicated when I reached out first, roof leaked 3 different times in 4 different places . They had to fix AC unit, paint all my ceilings, and the 3 day roofing job has now turned into 6 weeks, without guttersmoving water away from the house. They knowingly sent a bad crew to do a $25000 roof! Not an insurance job, this is out of pocket for me. Would not recommend

  The presentation the gentleman gave us was great, but he failed to tell us that they were going to subcontract the roofing job out !!! and then they over ordered product. Special order that they don’t usually carry ! product they took the back I didn’t get a discount ! please be upfront or the secretary could tell the customer that you’re going to subcontract out !! and you wanna compare yourself to the HVAC about copper. I’m not sure I would use this company again ! because the subcontracting out! The roof looks great ! The subcontractor that was higher did a great job

  I had over 9 quotes before I had my roof done. Mike who walked me through everything very honest and personable. The pricing was great, the paperwork for my HOA they handled from start to finish, every day everything was picked up even the nails. Mike had the proper inspections and permits right after the roof was done. If anyone is thinking of getting a new roof get DUraguard and not one of the fly by nights. The best company to deal with

  ⸻ I first connected with Sergio at Duraguard Roofing, and he was extremely informative and helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision in choosing this company. Throughout the entire process, Joseph, the project manager, kept me informed every step of the way. He communicated clearly, let me know what was happening from start to finish, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The company completed my roof in a very timely manner, and the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall, it was just a genuinely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Duraguard Roofing. The people they have working for them are incredible, and it really shows in the quality of their service.

  Job well done and timely both in start time and completion time. Minimum of home disruption for a major roof replacement. The selling agent, Sergio, was linch pin of excellence, from the first walk around and estimate and the education he provided to the walk around and attention to details when the job was done. Clean up also was great.

  We had a great experience with Duraguard from start to finish. Our initial contact was with Sergio, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of owning a metal roof and walked us through the costs involved in making this investment in our home. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. During the installation, our project manager Joseph was excellent. He oversaw the contractors and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking the time to explain the installation process and answer any questions we had along the way. We are very happy with our new Duraguard metal roof and the overall quality of work and communication throughout the project. We would highly recommend Duraguard to anyone considering a metal roof for their home.

  We had a duraguard roof installed last year and we are still very happy. They gave us a reasonable quote with a superior product. The work was scheduled quickly and done in a couple days. We had a follow up (we had some skylights removed ) in which a small problem was corrected immediately. Communication was great both with the rep and the installation workers. Great job!
