They bid the job said they would do the work. Then they contracted it out to somebody that didn’t know how to do the work. Said they would come back up and install snow blocks on the roof in the mountains for me now they won’t even come back up. So anybody outside Denver do not use them

We had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Jared from Sol Vista Roofing after the August 13, 2026 hail storm. They took the time to come out and inspect our roof to verify that it had held up and that there was no damage. What really impressed us was that they were willing to take the time to check our roof even though there was no immediate business opportunity for them. Their professionalism, honesty, high ethical standards, and integrity truly stand out. In an industry where it can sometimes feel like companies are looking for reasons to replace a roof, it was incredibly refreshing to have a company simply tell us that our roof was fine. That level of honesty says a lot about the kind of company Sol Vista Roofing is. We truly appreciate the way Kyle and Jared do business and the way they treat their customers. If we ever have a roofing need in the future, Sol Vista Roofing will absolutely be our first call and our go-to team. Thank you, Kyle and Jared, for your time, honesty, and integrity. It is greatly appreciated! Highly Recommended Sol Vista Roofing! Outstanding Roofing Company — Honest, Professional, and Ethical

Our backyard transformation exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t be happier with the work Sol Vista Roofing did on our pergola. After nearly 30 years in our home, we wanted to give our backyard a fresh new look and create a more comfortable, finished outdoor living space. Jared took the time to understand what we envisioned and helped us select the perfect pergola cover. The gray finish looks fantastic with our existing color scheme and has completely changed the look and feel of our backyard. One of the biggest changes was converting our original flat pergola into a sloped roof design. We weren’t sure how it would all come together, but Jared and his crew brought the vision to life beautifully. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finished product are impressive, and the new covered space feels like a true extension of our home. The entire experience with Sol Vista Roofing was excellent—from the initial conversations and planning to the installation and final result. The crew was professional, dependable, and clearly took pride in their work. Just as importantly, the project was very reasonably priced, making the investment even more worthwhile. We are thrilled with how our backyard turned out and have already enjoyed spending more time in our newly transformed outdoor space. Jared and the Sol Vista Roofing team delivered exactly what we hoped for and then some. If you're considering a pergola cover, patio roof, or outdoor roofing project, we highly recommend giving Sol Vista Roofing a call. We would absolutely use them again and will gladly recommend them to our family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you, Jared and the Sol Vista Roofing team, for helping turn our backyard into a space we truly love!

Friendly experienced staff. Had a clog 4 stories up on my rooftop and they knew exactly how to fix my gutter back up given the height restraint.

🏠 Protect Your Colorado Home Against Severe Storms with a FORTIFIED Roof™! Colorado ranks #2 nationally for hail insurance claims, and May 2024 alone saw a staggering $2 billion in storm damage in the Denver area. Minimum building codes are simply not enough to withstand this increasing frequency of severe weather. Your roof is your home's first line of defense, but standard installation isn't engineered to handle these extreme conditions. What if you could build a better, stronger roof that doesn't just meet codes, but beats them? Sol Vista Roofing is proud to be a certified installer of FORTIFIED Roofs, a rigorously tested construction standard developed by the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS). We go well beyond standard local building codes to provide engineered protection against severe wind, hail, and water intrusion. 🔧 How a FORTIFIED Roof is Built Differently: Better Deck Attachment: We use specialized 8D ring-shank nails installed in a denser pattern. This small change nearly DOUBLES wind uplift resistance according to IBHS testing. Sealed Roof Deck: If extreme winds or hail rip off your shingles, a standard roof deck is exposed. A sealed deck creates a watertight second barrier that reduces water intrusion by up to 95%. Locked-Down Roof Edges: Most wind damage starts at the perimeter. We install a wider, heavier-gauge metal drip edge combined with a fully adhered starter strip to lock the roof edge down. Mar 23, 2026Learn more
