  Definitely would not use them, I decided to go with another company. There are so many good roofing companies out there and this one is not they would not stand behind the damage I had and even questioned it.

  The workers did unauthorized improvements and try to make sure they made the extra money and cash and promise goods and services for only $1,000 and when you cooperate with them and when the final payment came they didn't even wait to receive payment and sent out threatening emails about putting lean on the house and fraud even though there was full cooperation with the company be careful of the door-to-door sales pitch and unauthorized upgrades that way they can make an extra buck

  I'd rate this company with two stars. Back in May, I had my roof replaced, and they managed to get my insurance to cover the costs without a hitch. However, everything changed when we moved on to the gutters. They partnered with Ricardo Gutters, and unfortunately, our soffit and fascia began to detach from the house. When I reached out to our contact, she blamed the issues on weather or foundation settling. If that were true, we would have addressed it immediately. Strangely, our neighbor experienced the exact same issue with the same company just weeks later. When we contacted Ricardo Gutters, they wanted to charge us to fix a problem they created! Our main contact claimed there were two separate companies involved, which I can understand, but since they collaborated, I see them as a single unit. I tried to look them up online but couldn't find much under their name. I can't recommend Ricardo Gutters for gutter work. As for the roof, they did well overall, except for the lack of customer service at the end. They didn't take responsibility for rectifying their errors, and sadly, our contact didn't make any effort to help resolve the issue.

  One of your door knockers walked into my house today uninvited. He did knock or ring the doorbell. What kind of company does this? Yes my neighborhood got hail, but we dont need the call and door to door sales because that is the only way you guys can get work in my town!

  Wow, these guys are great! Ryan and Kyle offered to inspect our roof. Used drone with high resolution camera and boots-on- roof visual inspection. Reported that the roof was in fine shape not requiring further maintenance - very honest, professional and kind. Will use Interstate Roofing for our next roof replacement.

  We had a fantastic experience replacing our roof. Project manager Joshua Cruz was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. I was most impressed by the fantastic communication. He kept us in the loop with every step. We would highly recommended interstate roofing company with Joshua for all your roofing needs.

  Bri is part of the Tennessee team and was super knowledgeable, very professional and a pleasure to work with. She showed up on time, explained that everything in detail and was very patient with me taking the time to educate me about my issue. Would definitely use them again and will recommend her to everyone.

  Ben @ Interstate did a great job coordinating our roof replacement - it was scheduled to accommodate our tight timeframe, and he additionally managed build of a small shed roof over our basement entryway stair, which needed to be done before the roof was replaced. There are surprises with any home project, once the old shingles were off we discovered that part of the roof was original slats which required throwing on a layer of sheathing at extra cost - to ease the pain Ben arranged a discount on the materials. Despite the surprise, the new roof was on within the day. Many thanks to Ben's dedication and the amazing Interstate Roofing team.

  I had a hail claim where State Farm would only pay a portion of the damage and the rest was customer pay. Steve Dye at Interstate did a great job walking me through the claim process and dealing with the insurance company and helping get what was owed to me. Interstate also gave me a good price to replace the rest of the roof and gutters and giving me guidance to deal with the previous roofing manufacturer company where shingles were failing. The roofers did an amazing job, they were quick and amazing clean up picking up all the nails and debris. If it was not for Steve Dye and Interstate I could not have been able to to have the roof replaced and it would have eventually done damage to our home. After submitting proof of purchase to the insurance company my premium was greatly reduced by $800.00 a year due to the class 4 shingle installed and the paperwork that was submitted by Steve. Roofers for life for me! Thank you Steve you guys are a true professional!

  Had a great experience getting my roof replaced Ben was a great project manager and was very reaponsive throughout the entire process. Insurance initially declined the claim but Ben was able to get a secondary inspection and get the repairs covered. Roof looks great and followup has been good.
