  That most certainly was not us. We have never and will never send out blanket text campaigns. We have been made aware of another company claiming to be Elite Roofs or Elite Roofing doing this.   If you want holes in your new 40k roof this is the company to use. Rain has come through my roof, down through the ceiling drywall and onto my hardwood floors 3 times since mid summer 2025 and the highest person at the company I can reach tells me it's another companies fault and refuses to fix the holes in the roof (under warranty). I've had two estimates from independent contractors for the water damage in the house and Elite won't talk to me after several attempts. Counsel will be contacting you soon

  This roof was completed in December 2024 without issue. Several months later, you separately contracted with a third-party HVAC company to install a new unit on the roof. During that process, the flashing around that unit was improperly done as part of their installation. The leaks you referenced occurred in the areas modified by that HVAC contractor — not from the original roofing system we installed. Even though the damage was related to another trade’s work, we still sent a technician out at no charge to address the immediate issue and help prevent further intrusion. Modifications made by other contractors fall outside of our roofing warranty. We stand behind our workmanship. I don't believe a one star review accurately describes the level of service you were provided.

  At first it was good. The Bad… All the items in the claim weren’t done and will cost more to do than insurance paid. They should have fixed it and put in Supplements to get the job done. I was also told that for every referral I would get $250. That is not true. It’s a scam system where you don’t get paid for the second referral. Over 30k for a roof and you don’t pay for all referrals that are given to you? They did a 3rd party appraisal to get more money from the insurance, they did not submit the personal property loss to the insurance in that appraisal. I was forced to be on the phone for hrs to figure that out . The insurance said that it should have been in the appraisal and wasn’t, and they weren’t going to pay for the loss. Long story short I had to submit all that myself and hope that they would accept it. It took 3 weeks but they finally did. They also damaged one of my referrals roof awnings and it took 3 months to get that fixed. Elite tried to pass the buck, but ended up fixing it. Almost 900$ fee to pay with card.

  We think the issue has been fixed. Haven’t experienced a leak. We just weren’t notified about when the technicians came. We also didn’t get a follow up or recap about the job. Just a notification of the bill.

  I think some of the reviews on here are bloated with AI reviews and replies. I waited a week for someone to come out for the repair estimate on a leaking roof. He came out this morning and he never left the ground. Never got a ladder out. Didn't walk the roof. Didn't actually give us pricing but knew what was needed to fix the roof actively leaking into the vent? So, I called for clarification, since I hadn't heard from anyone in several hours. Voicing my concerns, I was told that the technician would call me directly to answer my questions. OK. Well, I've waited several more hours for a call that never came. Disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews more closely, and upset by the outcome of nothing actually getting done, and now waiting out another Colorado rain storm with a still-leaking roof. Ya'll have forced me to call another company, when I tried to just figure out this issue. I was very respectful to the receptionist that took my call when I voiced my concerns. She was respectful and friendly. Don't let your techs get lazy. Ya'll missing out on business because he didn't want to climb my dad's roof. Show up and just watch them from a distance. See if their visit ever involves pulling that ladder off, or if they are in and out in 10 minutes, ripping people off... or is that your business practice? Disappointed.

That’s not the way we’ve built our business over the last 15+ years, and I’ll be addressing it with my team so it doesn’t happen again. I also want to clear up one point — all of our reviews come from real homeowners we’ve worked with, never AI. We’ve worked hard to earn people’s trust, which is why it’s tough to hear that we fell short here. I appreciate you sharing your concerns, even though I know it came from a place of frustration.   Not a good experience for us and still not sure what was to be fixed was actually fixed. Finding another company to come out and check and will have to pay them also. Advice - get specific details like pictures and video on repairs before and after. Rating 2 instead of 1 only because of effort to try to resolve one of the issues we started with.

  The owner went to your house along with a service technician, and met with your husband. They reviewed the entire scope of repairs and ensured that all questions or concerns were addressed on site that day. We texted you pictures directly after that visit, but didn't receive a response. Admittedly, we needed to make a few trips out there but all work was finished to satisfaction and signed off by the homeowner. We appreciate your willingness to resolve any concerns. Thank you!

  I reached out to this company because of how many positive reviews they had, but unfortunately I didn't have that experience. I scheduled them to repair hail damage and I was told I could get on their schedule quickly. About a week before this they had to reschedule, and then reschedule again. I was told the roof would take until early afternoon, but they were there the entire day working on the roof. We continue to find nails scattered all around our house. The gutters didn't match the downspouts, but they proceeded to install them which they then had to come back and paint. At the end of all of this I did get a new roof and gutters as advertised but it took much longer than anticipated and came with a lot of headaches. The number one thing I was most frustrated with throughout all of this was their communication. The communication was awful and I was not kept informed, I had to keep asking questions about scheduling and when the job would be completed. I did not feel valued as a customer.

  Elite Roofing is amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough. For several years I had them do roof inspections and they told me the roof, while old, still looked good. They never pressured me to get it replaced. Eventually, I decided it needed replacing and they went far out of their way to work with the insurance company to get as much replacement coverage as possible. Unfortunately, due to the age of my roof, I wasn't able to get very much. But Elite's prices are very reasonable compared to several other quotes I got and they were able to get the job done quickly and they did an outstanding job. Also, they found a major issue with the roofing boards under the shingles and took care of it for me at a minimal cost. I would absolutely use them again.

  Chad Brockmeyer with elite roofing - If you’re looking for a roofer you can actually trust, call my guy. I’ve known him for years and he’s one of the few people who shows up, does exactly what he says he’s going to do, and doesn’t cut corners. Roofing is one of those things you don’t want to mess around with, and he handles it the right way—honest, responsive, and dialed in. His work is solid, his communication is better, and he treats your home like it’s his own. Hard to find people like this these days—highly recommend.

  Worked with Doug today for a post-solar inspection (wanted to make sure our 3rd party solar installer didn't mess up our roof). He did a very thorough job, found a couple issues and quoted a very fair price to seal everything up. Very satisfied with pre and post-job pictures, which were all provided to me so I can save to my computer. Low sales pressure, didn’t keep hammering their maintenance package, which I GREATLY appreciated. Will be calling them next time we need roofing help.
