We had leaky flat roof and was grateful that Julianno was able to come and do the repair for us. He was fair in the pricing and did a good job. Best of all he gave us a great warranty on the work.

Outstanding Roofing Experience – Highly Recommend Juliano and Soczek Roofing! I highly recommend Soczek Roofing, especially Juliano and his team. From the initial estimate to project completion, the entire experience was outstanding. Juliano communicated clearly throughout the process, answered all of my questions promptly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The pricing was very competitive compared to other roofing companies, and there were no surprises or hidden costs. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, maintained a clean job site, and completed the project exactly as promised. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious that they take pride in doing the job right. What impressed me most was their professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Finding a contractor who combines high-quality work, fair pricing, reliability, and excellent communication is rare, but Soczek Roofing delivered on all of these. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I would not hesitate to recommend Soczek Roofing and Juliano. They exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely happy with the results.

Don't work with them. We hired this company April 2025 for the roof leaking. Juliano came to do the inspection. We had a good talk so decided to work with him. He promised us that they will be using the exact same shingle as before. But …

Hi Tracey, thank you for sharing this and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience. Just to clarify the timeline and what we’ve done so far: we completed the repair about a year ago, and during that time the repair performed well. Now that you’re experiencing a leak again, we absolutely take it seriously and we are here to help. From your text message, you mentioned the issue is happening in the same area and also in additional areas, meaning there may be more than one source of water intrusion — not only the original repair location. That’s exactly why we need to come out and inspect everything properly. You messaged us on Sunday, when our office is closed. On Monday, you called and we responded promptly, and by the end of the day we offered a service visit for next Monday to review the previous repair. You told us that date wouldn’t work and asked for something earlier. As I told you, I would confirm an earlier schedule with you on Tuesday, and today we have already sent you availability for Saturday. We are addressing this clearly and actively — and we have not ignored you or “lied.” A new leak after a year, especially if it involves multiple locations, does not automatically mean the original repair was dishonest or incorrect; it simply means we need to evaluate the current conditions and determine the true source(s) of the leak. We want to make this right. Please confirm the Saturday appointment time we sent so we can come out, inspect, and take care of this as soon as possible. Thank you,

Our roof had leaks and the previous vendor scammed us by literally just placing th vents without even nailing some of them down. Then it was an endless estimates from many other vendors who were recommending a total roof replacement for a 13 year old roof… Juliano was a relief where in he provided the realistic solution approach and a much lower repair quote… in much less time… no sales gimmick just pure expertise … we did not use them because of our change of plans but I would not hesitate to call them again for any future roofing work.
