Miguel and his crew did a great job on our roofing project. Our home has a complex roof line with many sections, chimneys, dormers, hips, valleys, and a second-story deck, so this was not a simple roof replacement. Miguel met with us several times to go over roofing options, answer questions, and fine-tune the estimate so it matched exactly what we needed. The crew also added framing to a section above our porch that had been flat, which helped improve drainage and overall roof performance. The whole roofing job was completed in one day, and the cleanup was thorough. We were especially impressed that Miguel returned afterward to inspect the finished roof and talk with us лично to make sure we were fully satisfied. There had been an older leak in one area, and Miguel made sure the repair was truly solved. After several strong rainy days, that section stayed dry, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The team even handled some extra roofing details to help prevent future problems. We would gladly use this roofing company again and would feel very comfortable recommending Miguel and his crew to friends and family.

We've had a great experience working with company: Porter Family Roofing & Construction on two roofing projects in Mountlake Terrace. The first job was at our rental home while we were getting ready to sell it. During the sale process, we found out the house needed a full roof replacement because of wind damage from a past storm that we had not noticed. miguel and the crew worked closely with our insurance company, kept the roofing work moving, and finished everything before closing. The new roof looked clean, solid, and very well done. The second project was at our own home, where the old gutters needed to be replaced. The crew finished the gutter work within the estimated timeline, the price was better than several other bids we received, and the follow-up was very helpful to make sure everything met our expectations. They explained the process clearly, kept the jobsite neat, and made sure the roofline and drainage system were working properly for our rainy weather. i highly recommend them for any roof replacement, gutter installation, or related exterior work because the service was reliable, the communication was good, and the final results looked great.

Porter Family Roofing & Construction was amazing to work with. I had a roof leak and called around for a few estimates, but this crew stood out right away. They responded quickly, came out the next day to inspect the roof, explained the problem in simple terms, and gave me a fair quote for the repair work. Because it felt urgent with the wet Mountlake Terrace weather, Miguel and another team member even helped protect the damaged area with a tarp until the full roofing work could be scheduled. That gave me a lot of peace of mind and kept more water from getting in. When the day came that worked best for my schedule, the roofing crew arrived on time, got the job done efficiently, and handled everything in a very professional way. They repaired the roof, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and made sure the area looked great before leaving. Everyone was helpful, respectful, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them for roofing work if you want fast service, honest communication, and quality results.

This roofing and gutter company was one of the best choices I could have made. A couple of neighbors had shared great feedback about their roof replacement and gutter work, so I decided to call them, and I’m very glad I did. Miguel was excellent to work with from start to finish. The whole team was honest, easy to talk to, and very professional. They explained the roofing process clearly, helped with the insurance paperwork, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. The crew showed up on time each day, worked hard, and paid close attention to detail on the roof and gutters. The finished work looks top quality and has been holding up very well through the usual wet weather in Mountlake Terrace. They also did a great job cleaning up when the project was done, leaving the yard and driveway even cleaner than expected. If you need roofing or gutter services, I highly recommend them.

You may not realize how important it is to hire a real roofing company until you run into leaks on a fairly new roof. I would gladly recommend this roofer to friends and trust them to handle the job the right way. We are very happy with our new metal roof and the whole experience from start to finish. After a home addition, the roof work done by another contractor started leaking not long after. Miguel took the time to inspect everything carefully, point out the areas that were vulnerable to leaks, and explain in simple terms how the roofing repairs and replacement would fix the problem. The pricing was fair, and throughout the estimate and planning process, all of my questions were answered clearly. The roofing crew was skilled, professional, and respectful of our property. They worked carefully around the typical wet weather in Mountlake Terrace and always made sure the roof was secured before rain came through, so our home stayed protected during the installation. They also cleaned up the yard every day, leaving no loose nails or metal pieces behind. This is a dependable roofing company with real experience in metal roofing, leak repair, and quality installation. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous, and took pride in doing solid roof work.

We are very happy with our new TPO roofing system and the poly iso insulation added over the existing roof deck. It made a huge difference in comfort and energy use, especially during warmer days in Mountlake Terrace. Before the reroof, the house would heat up too much, but after the new roof and added insulation, the indoor temperature stays much more comfortable without extra strain. Miguel and the roofing team helped make the whole project possible by working with the insurance adjuster to include the insulation as part of the roof replacement. The job also involved coordinating roof penetrations with other work at the same time, including removing one penetration, adding two new ones, and replacing another so it would fit properly with the new roofing system. Even with all the moving parts, the crew handled the process well, kept us informed, and delivered a roof that looks great and performs even better. We really appreciate the quality workmanship, better ventilation and insulation performance, and the overall value of the project. We love our new roof and truly enjoyed working with Miguel.

The roofing crew did an outstanding job on our new gutters. We chose them because we’ve worked with Miguel before, and he’s always reliable. Their team took the time to carefully inspect our roof and measured everything to make sure the new gutters would fit just right, even though our setup was a bit tricky. Once we agreed on the plan and the pricing, they got us scheduled quickly. The installers were friendly and answered all of our questions, making sure the gutters transitioned smoothly from the roofline to the columns so everything looked seamless. The price was fair, the work was very professional, and you could tell they really cared about doing things right. Highly recommend!
