  Hello, We take all feedback seriously and have conducted a thorough review of our records and recent projects to investigate this one-star review. The reviewer uses the username “Go Get It,” but based on our research, we have reason to believe this individual is located in the Marysville area. After checking our system, we found no record of any lead, estimate, or completed job in Marysville area that matches this profile. Our most recent VERIFIED CUSTOMER there was completed in July for a satisfied customer. We also reached out to a couple of other local businesses that received nearly identical negative reviews from this same account. Like us, they were unable to link the reviewer to a real customer interaction. Given these findings, we have reasonable grounds to believe this review DOES NOT REFLECT A GENUINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE with Rock Roofing and have reported it to Google for further investigation.   Left all my eaves with unsightly nails poking through. Chipped all my paint Said I could hire someone to fix it ? Paid them $19,000 and the damage wasn't there before

  Difficult to get through to anyone. Then after making an appointment (and staying home all morning) they just never showed up. No call or anything else. I have no idea what kind of work they do but I wouldn't want to spend many thousands of dollars with a co. with such disregard for its customers.

  Really like working with Colt at Rock Roofing. Rock Roofing was recommended a few years ago when insurance renewal required new roof on rental. They came out and did a great job. This year need a quote on roof and Colt was quick to come out and access the house. Explained what was absolutely necessary and answered my questions and concerns. Definitely no hardsell. Would recommend Rock Roofing.

  We needed a new roof, and I compared about 6 offers. Rock Roofing stood out, because they offered a good price without sacrificing quality. Colt did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need and was super to communicate with. The crew was fast and did take good care of our property. I highly recommend them.

  Rock Roofing replaced our roof, sky lights and gutters. Was great working with Colt. The whole experience was 1st class. Their bid was compatitive and given how many of my neighbors had a good experience last summer it was an easy decision. Very satisfied with the work.

  I hired Rock Roofing to replace my roof and gutters. I have always gotten 3 bids for any work I have done on my home but this time I only got 1. I had glowing recommendations from my daughter and several of her neighbors so I hired them without getting any other bids. They did an exceptional job from the beginning. Answering questions, choosing materials and scheduling all went very smoothly. The roof and gutters look great and I am very happy with their efficiency and cleanup. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I worked with Colt who is the Project Coordinator. He is a real asset to the company!

  The entire process was 5 star! I got 6 bids, and they were all great and mostly competitive. Colt with Rock Roofing was sincere, professional, extremely responsive throughout the project and beyond conclusion. Honestly, he was not high pressure, but set his company apart from the others. He was so very helpful with the plethora of questions I sent to him. The work crew was efficient and went above and beyond with the weather they experienced. There was not a wasted minute, as they worked hard, fast and efficiently. Love the new roof and SO GLAD I had this great experience with Colt, the install team and Rock Roofing!

  Rock Roofing did the Roof replacement for our home and it was a very well done job. Easy to communicate with and sticking to their communicated schedule. The guys were through professionals and the did an awesome job replacing our worn out roof with a new one.
