  I was required by our HOA to do a solatube project through Pinnacle. Without taking a single measurement, they provided us with a quote that is 20% higher than NW Natural Light. This quote didn't include the material they plan to use, or the units needed, or any information on the warranty. Our questions received no response.

  Sawed off a vent pipe of my roof and didn’t tell me until I called. Used my shingles both times to fix.

  Like to illegally park on fire lanes preventing people in complexes from parking in their spot. I'll never recommend to any family if they can't be considerate of others. I'll be contacting law enforcement if this continues

  Cancelled the first appointment the day before, and then didn't even show up to the second appointment. They never called to apologize or even acknowledge that I ever had an appointment. Someone else gets my business now. Too bad, I was ready to do a roof and solar.

  We apologize for the need to reschedule your initial appointment. The second appointment date had an urgent matter arise with our Project Manager that resulted in needing to reschedule that appointment as well. We tried to call you and left a message when there was no answer. It is unfortunate that we were unable to connect on this matter and get it resolved more timely. It is never our intent to push business away and based on our hundred of positive reviews, I think it is easy to determine this was atypical for us. Our sincere apologies and we wish you the best with your project.

  I have called to ask a generic question about roofing and your phone receptionist Sara was very, very, very rude and wouldn't connect with anyone so I could ask my question.

  We reiterate to all homeowners before starting a multi-building project, such as the one your home was a part of, that it is important that, during construction, all communication by homeowners be directed to the Project Manager. If he is not available, then they can come to the owner. When someone calls into our main office to ask questions about an active job, it is standard procedure for the office staff to get job-identifying information from the caller before determining the appropriate person to have them speak to is. You refused to give us any information about the job you were referencing or a name for us to look up this info. Moreover, you then gave a false name which did not retrieve any accurate job results. Consequently, we were unable to get ahold of the Project Manager at that time, which is common since he is often in the field or on a roof. However he is timely at returning customer’s inquiries that the office staff inform him of. Our office staff go through considerable training & continuous education on the roofing & solar industry, encompassing them with sufficient knowledge to answer most general questions. It is to be expected that our admin staff did not respond with knowledge of your particular project with no info or cooperation being provided on your end, especially since your actual name is nowhere in our system either, since it is under the HOA board for a multi-building project. We are sorry you felt the need to take to the internet to discredit our business. Especially , when we had not even done any work on your home when this occurred.

  any interactions I've had with Pinnacle have been first rate. great work, personable people, and generally a well-run organization. Lenny Schwartz, the owner and CEO, was polite, clear about what he was going to do. he's a man that his crews looked up to. the electricians told me that they had originally been roofers, but as they got older Lenny sent them for training to become electricians. I find it admirable that a manager/CEO would find ways to develop his crew rather than dumping them for cheaper replacements. and I could see that the payback was dedication and loyalty. the crews were on time. they spoke to me and I spoke to them. they were professionals doing their jobs.

  Pinnacle Roofing removed and reinstalled my solar panels for my roofing project. They were responsive to communications, friendly and their bid came in $1000 lower than another company’s. I recommend them.

  This is my second time working with Pinnacle, and I am very satisfied. I bought my house 25 years ago and it had a new shake roof. 10 years ago I had another contractor over to look at the roof and he said it was old and needed replacement. I was obviously skeptical so I called Pinnacle. Keith said my roof was fine just needed some modest repairs. They have held for over 15 years and I called him again to ask if I needed a new roof and Keith once again said some modest repairs would be more than sufficient. At the same time I had them replace two skylights. The team did an amazing job on everything — they were timely, accurate, neat and polite. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them highly. Their pricing is fair and competitive and they are extremely honest.
