  Lauren, we’re sorry this matter has become stressful and contentious. Snowbird is a small business, (1 person) and we recently completed the final reconciliation of several insurance-related projects, including yours, after the once in a 1000 year storm. (8 months later) We will not discuss your private claim or account details publicly. We respectfully disagree that our formal billing communications constitute harassment or that the supporting documents are inaccurate “AI slop.” The reconciliation is based on the signed agreement, carrier estimates, invoices, payment records, completed-work documentation, and written communications. The disputed balance includes documented exterior work, including gutters, and our company cannot absorb unpaid labor and materials. We attempted to continue addressing the account directly with Safeco, but the carrier declined further review and directed us to communicate with you regarding any remaining payment needs. That is why communication about the account resumed. At our last visit, we addressed the soffit lights and reinstalled the stairs. We understand from this review that a paint concern remains, and we would welcome the opportunity to inspect it and complete any legitimate warranty correction. We remain willing to review any specific workmanship concern or disputed billing line item through a documented, professional channel.

  Hi Kailee — We take concerns like this seriously and want to provide clarity for anyone reading. This project was completed approximately four years ago, and at that time you expressed complete satisfaction with the work through text messages and emails, which we appreciated. When you later reached out we responded and made efforts to address the Siding including sending somebody out previously. Based on what you’ve described it is possible that factors such as wind or weather overtime are being contributed to the issues that you’re seeing now. We have continued to offer to come out and inspect and resolve any concern concerns whatsoever but have not been able to coordinate a time to do so. We stand behind our work and are always willing to make anything right and remain available to inspect and an address anything needed

  I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. They removed our siding from our house 1 month ago and left. They dropped off the siding on the side of our yard and it has sat there since. Now, we have had siding stolen from our yard and no one has been out to complete the project and we won't have enough siding. Can't get anyone to answer calls. Very disappointed with this company.

  We were looking to use this company to replace siding on our home. We let him know that we are trying to decide if we need to make an insurance claim or not and needed an estimate. The gentleman that came over to look at what needed to be done was very pushy and refused to give us an estimate without us signing an agreement with them. He wanted us to commit to the company without looking at our options or knowing the costs associated with the project. Over text, he insulted us, was unprofessional and rude. He kept on saying that we should look at the reviews. Here is one to look at! One good thing about this company was how quickly they responded to our request. Maybe they do good work, but we need someone who will provide good costumer service and provide estimates, not treat us poorly and push us into working with them to get any estimates on the work. Update: He has now provided an estimate and called us scammers for asking for an estimate. It sounds like this gentleman has had some bad experiences and I feel bad for him, but you shouldn't take it out on potential customers. Best wishes.

  John with Snowbird Roofing & Siding was great to work with. The insurance Communication was solid the whole way through and he made sure everything was taken care of. We had to only cover our deductible. If anything came up, he handled it right away and followed through. Easy to work with and very professional.

  (Update) After an issue with our roof, the owner reached out to me, and was helpful in resolving the issue. I very much appreciate their attention to the problem, and highly recommend Snowbird Roofing and Siding. I will definitely be calling them again when I need siding work done, this has been an overall great experience, and I appreciate how hard this crew works. Thank you so much Snowbird, I really appreciate it and will be referring this company to friends and family. (Original) Roof is great, workmanship had problems. I hoped not to write this review, but after being ghosted by this company for 2 weeks after daily phone calls, this is where I'm at. I hired Snowbird to replace my roof in 2023. In December 2024 we looked in the attic and noticed the roofing crew had replaced a damaged roof panel as requested in the contract, but had completely boarded over the vent for the bathroom fan. They left the vent hose laying on our attic insulation, which has been venting water condensation directly on our attic insulation. It wasn't worse because there happened to be a valley in the hose that held the water. We dumped over a gallon of accumulated condensation water out, that had been accumulating over a year! They also failed to replace a previously water-damaged roofing panel as requested when we hired them. That moldy damaged panel is still in place. Absolutely unacceptable.
