Company keeps flagging my reviews and they don't want people to know about their dishonesty. Buyers beware.

Mr. Zappa, YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN A CUSTOMER OF OURS!? We are truly sorry you are feeling this way. Feel free to call us and maybe we can help you figure out who you are really speaking of. Our number is 612-216-1186. Being that you have never been a customer of ours, we would greatly appreciate if you correct or remove that one star review in all fairness. This place is so unprofessional! Do not do business with them! Beware!

  Reply from the business

Hello Heidi, we are sorry you didn't work out as an employee, misrepresenting yourself and your estimating skills in the Xactimate software program which is what you were hired to do. We tried to accommodate you, allowing you to move to another position rather than let you go, and... with NO pay reduction! You quit on your own, so placing this comment on Google is totally unprofessional and unjustified!

Pavel and Vadim did a great job guiding us through the process of getting our home back! We suffered a huge hail storm and needed our entire outside of our home taken care of, roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and deck. They were there every step of the way and fought to get us what we legally deserved. They delivered quickly and saved our home. I truly appreciate their entire team and would recommend them highly to any friends and family!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smart Construction exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They performed a complete roof and siding replacement on our home due to storm damage. The contractor did exactly what they said they would do—and they did it when they said they would. They took full ownership of the insurance process, handling all the paperwork and back-and-forth with the insurer so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. What really stood out was their customer focus. The crew cleaned up daily, communicated frequently, and kept me fully informed about both the progress of the job and the status of the insurance claim. I always knew exactly where things stood. I’d be remiss if I didn’t specifically mention Dennis Lazavan, the project manager. He was extremely professional, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly without a hitch. I highly recommend Smart Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, customer-focused contractor.
