I scheduled an estimate to have my roof replaced. Andrew was 30 minutes late and then was 3 days late in getting his estimate to me. He promised to email it prior to our scheduled consultation, which he never did (and didn’t respond to my texts) but it didn’t matter because he was a no show.

Got an estimate 04/03/23, said he'd get it out to me the next morning- never got an update, so I checked in a few days later, no big deal and then said he'd get it out to me Friday (4/7). It's now 4/19 and STILL have not heard a word back. Will be going with a different company. The time it takes to hear back about an estimate-you could probably get all your work finished with a different company at that point. Don't recommend

Asked them out to look at a small roof leak. The project manager Dave came out and said he would have to have someone in maintenance look at the pictures because he wasn't able to see why the leak was happening. A week goes by and I don't …

Don't waste your time! Dave came out to give me a quote 3 weeks ago and have tried several times to call them back but all I get is there live answering service that takes a message but then I never hear back. 8/23 update - finally heard back from Dave's supervisor and was told that Dave will be reaching out to me and was asked to remove my low review. Dave did eventually get back to me a week later but I defintely wasn't heard. I had to keep clarifying what was in scope for the project and after the third attempt I finally gave up. I stand behind by 1 star review and will not be removing it.

Justin was patient and an expert in guiding us through the process of getting our siding updated due to storm damage. I would work with Innovative in a heart beat in the future if we ever have remodeling plans. Thank you Justin and Innovative.

Joe and his team added 900 sq ft to our home on Medicine Lake in Plymouth and made our home our dream home. We added a master suite and gym below. It was so easy working with Joe through a major project. He is the best contractor I have worked with by far! I would hire him again for anything we need.

Innovative did a fabulous job on our 1 story rambler. New siding, fascia and soffits. The crew was hard working and did a great job of cleaning up after the job was completed. We will be contacting them in the near future about a bathroom remodel. I would recommend them to anyone.
