  I received a high pressure appointment call from this company. I told the guy that my roof was aging, shingles missing and i need a new roof but was hesitant to schedule an appointment with grand exteriors because the last roofing company that had reached out to me didn't follow through after the inspection and gave me advice on filing a claim but would follow through on a hail report but never did and I said, I don't want to set up an appointment as I have a newborn at home, a business and a full time job. He assured me 1000% they would follow through and I can adjust my schedule for them to inspect my roof and meet with me. I moved many appointments around for this and they didn't show. Very unprofessional.

  Grand Exteriors recently replaced the roof on our home due to hail damage. The work itself was good, and I have no complaints about the quality or the crew. However, we ran into a significant issue with the final payment process. We sold our house before the insurance and Grand Exteriors had fully settled payments, which left us having to pay around $5,500 out of pocket to avoid a lien on the property during the sale. After closing, Grand Exteriors did try working with the insurance company to resolve the balance, but neither party was willing to budge. According to the contract I signed with Grand Exteriors, I was only responsible for my deductible, so I’m extremely frustrated that I had to cover that additional cost myself. I was primarily dealing with Chelsea at Grand Exteriors, and while things were fine at first, once I brought up the contract and inquired about getting my out-of-pocket payment back, her attitude changed, and she became quite snippy. Now, they aren't returning my calls. I’m hoping to get this resolved amicably and would appreciate a follow-up to discuss how we can address this issue. I’ve been trying to reach out multiple times, but haven’t received a response. If Grand Exteriors can help resolve this, I’ll gladly update my review to reflect a positive outcome.

  Two starts because the work is finished, but it was a nightmare to get there. The communication was rough, and at every point I felt that I was set up for an expectation that wasn't met. Things like (unprompted) telling me what an amazing job they will do cleaning up after themselves so I don't have to worry about my pets to then leaving our back gate open for our dogs to escape, and finding nails everywhere on the driveway (I did get a flat tire around the time, I assume from this but never knew 100%), and lots of sharp nails in our outdoor cat enclosure, which was the specific area they assured me wouldn't have an issue. These kinds of things alone are annoying but not a huge deal, until it's conpunded with lack of professional communication, and lack of integrity in doing what they say that they will or ever trying to make it right. A portion of my home needed repair along with the roof and while I was assured numerous times by the project manager (Kyle) it would get fixed at the next step, it wasn't never fixed. Ultimately they came out to tell me they wouldn't be fixing it, despite over and over being told the opposite. And while I understand that these things do happen, the lack of apologetic response and lack of accountability makes me wish I never chose them in the first place. I was an easy roof to get after a hail storm and that's all they wanted in my opinion, after some hindsight. At one point I even called the main office requesting I speak to anyone else because I was having such a a difficult time getting answers, was told my someone that someone would be contacting me, and they never did. I spent the next 48 hours trying to get the project managers own manager to call me, was assured he would, and I never did get any communication. Awful. On top of that, the work was quite drawn out and no communications about backorders, etc unless I was constantly asking for updates. I don't recommend Grand Exterior, especially if you're looking for honest commun

  Terrible time management. One owner was great the other owner was rude and unprofessional. Overall bad communication and I would not recommend this company.

  Such a great experience working with Grand Exteriors! Jesse, the rep I worked with, stepped me through the whole process and worked with the insurance company and took that burden off my shoulders. I was able to get a new roof and all new siding after hail damage to my house. The insurance company was fighting me but Grand Exteriors helped a ton through that process to provide the necessary information and get it all approved in the long run. Working with all of the people through the whole process was great. I’m getting so many compliments on the work at my house now that it is all done. Thank you, Grand Exteriors!

  After a hailstorm last fall. I had to find a reputable honest company to look at my roof and siding. Grand Exteriors was my second bid but my first choice. I worked with Jesse who couldn’t have been more professional and assisted me through the insurance claim process for both a roof and siding jobs. The crew was great. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves and were very very hard-working. I couldn’t recommend Grand Exteriors and Jesse more.. It made my experience, which would’ve been very difficult very very manageable. I appreciate all the extra work that they did for me. If you’re looking for a reputable, honest and fair company to work with go with Jesse at Grand Exteriors

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t be happier with Grand Exteriors, and particularly with our representative, **Ari T.** We originally contacted several contractors after our home in Blaine suffered visible hail and wind damage. From the very beginning, Ari stood out. She was responsive, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely involved in helping us through both the roofing process and the insurance claim. Ari arranged to be at our home when the insurance adjuster inspected the property and documented everything herself, taking hundreds of photographs to make sure the damage to our home, garage, and shed was properly recorded. That became extremely valuable when State Farm initially questioned the scope of the claim and later proposed only a partial roof replacement. Ari and Grand Exteriors’ project manager stepped in, provided the necessary documentation and bid, explained why the work needed to be completed properly, and helped us get approval for the full replacement. Throughout the entire process, Ari was exceptional. She brought sample boards to our home, met with my wife Lynette and me, answered texts and emails promptly, helped us work through the insurance questions, and made the whole process remarkably easy. We chose **CertainTeed Landmark ClimateFlex Class 4 architectural shingles in Burnt Sienna**, and the finished roof is absolutely beautiful. The color works perfectly with our blue siding, white soffit, and gutters, and we are extremely pleased with the result. The installation itself impressed me just as much. I happened to come home while the work was underway and saw the project manager walking the property and actively supervising the crew. He didn’t know I was watching. He was checking the installation, giving instructions, and making sure details were being done correctly. That told me a great deal about the standards Grand Exteriors expects even when the homeowner isn’t standing there. The crew also treated our property with real respect. They moved

  Hello, I just want you to know that you have one heck of an employee Ari Tyler, working for you. I have never had anyone advocate for me to get the best services possible. She strives for the best possible outcome. Even if my insurance company refuses to cover my new roof I will know that Ari had went above and beyond what was needed and all I’s dotted and T’s crossed were crossed. She is personable and professional, courteous and polite, all while serving her client/customer. I can tell she enjoys her job and she is VERY good at it!

  Matt - Project Manager of Grand Exteriors. Matt is quick to respond, fast to bring samples, and lightening speed fast- to answer any questions. He is very patient- waiting for the client to make siding choices and decisions. Matt was highly recommended by a neighbor who has had a major siding and repair project done, saying Matt saw the project through- start to finish-and was always available. Now they are doing a second project for him. This time a roof. Matt has worked closely with me in the beginning stages of a siding project. He responds to my questions and requests day or night. The first day I had a meeting with him he was back with siding samples in about 15 minutes. And they were plentiful. He kept in contact with me regularly. Presented a bid that was basically itemized, transparent, and I knew ‘what was what’. Nothing was left for guessing. Pricing appeared reasonable. Grand Exteriors has an exemplary employee having personality, warmth, and excellent customer service skills. He’s an 10 out of 5 stars in my experience. Thank you Matt! Jg

  Chris and Grand Exteriors did an awesome job on our gutter install. When I was looking for a company to install gutters, I chose Grand Exteriors after reading their reviews on Google and Angi. Once I reached out, Chris came out the next day and provided me a quote in the next 24 hours. I was tempted to do the gutters myself to save money, but after I received the total cost for our gutter install, I decided to go with it - I didn't even try to get a quote from another company. The install took around 3 hours and I couldn't be happier. Gutters look great and work even better.
