Four Point Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Four Point Construction.

Had this company come out in April of 2025 to give me quote to replace my garage roof and possibly put a deck over it. They said they would have a quote for me by the end of the next weekend. Three weeks later I called them thinking I may have misspelled my email or something. They said they were delayed due to the tariff changes but would get me a quote within the next few days. I asked them to shoot me a text or email if there would be another delay. It is now late September and I still haven’t heard anything. I had four companies come out to give me a quote and this company by far exceeded all of the rest with their initial inspection- they had multiple people come out, were here for at least an hour, did a walk through with me before they left to point out anything that may be a concern, and were clearly knowledgeable and experienced within the field. They were also the only company that said it was within their capabilities to place a deck over the flat roof which I was really hoping for. All of that doesn’t matter though if I never get a quote or contract. If the job was something they decided they didn’t want- thats ok but communicate on that. I held out signing a contract with my second choice for 3 months waiting for this quote that never came.

Great experience all around! They really wanted to find the root cause of my roof leak and didn't push for a major fix. Would definitely use them again.

Work with Mike Miller on redoing our siding. Very nice guy and laid out the choices. We originally had cedar siding and come to realize that’s expensive to maintain and repaint. Ended up going with LP smart siding and a custom trim color. He booked everything up and didn’t have to worry about anything. And for every worry I did have he was quick to respond and answer any questions and concerns. Would go with him again on another house project.

Wow! I contacted 4 Point Construction in the morning and they had a wonderful contractor, Daniel, out to the property by the afternoon to give an estimate of the work needed on the home. The communication was thorough and helpful in determining next steps. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the positive attitude. I will definitely refer to them again!

I had my deck and screen porch redone with composite decking. Mike was very helpful from beginning to end. He was very responsive in communication during the project. He offered additional color samples when needed. And he accommodated me when I decided on some additional paint work for the porch. His team was very helpful, courteous, prompt and hard working. I would highly recommend Four Point Construction.
