  Our experience started out great with Arko. However, when they found out we were getting multiple quotes for a shed rebuild, they ghosted us. Lied and made excuses when we called and never returned our calls eventhough we said we wanted to work with them, but were getting another quote basically as a favor to a neighbor. Then instead of sending a repeat invoice for payment (for tree removal which was a total good on our part and would have been paid immediately upon request) or a letter requesting payment, or threat of collections, they sent us court papers which cost us more money. I will never let anyone from this company on my property again!

  The representative of their company quoted me an amount that I would have to pay. I asked if I should contact my insurance company and he told me No, I didn't have to, that he would work with the insurance company and that was his job so "he knows how it goes" and not to worry. Well, instead of the amount of "under $2,720" that was told to me, I received an invoice for $5,088.86!!! I called the number listed on the invoice (Luke) several times, no response. The employee that I worked with was "no longer employed" there. I finally received a call from Wyatt and all he could do for me was get me a payment plan for the amount of $5,088.86. They did NOT stand behind the quote that was given to me! Their job was bad - I found roofing nails, bits of shingles in my yard and they took off my leaf guards and put them behind my couch on the deck and left them there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEIR CLAIM ON THE INTERNET SAYS THAT THEY WORK FOR YOU AND WITH YOUR INSURANCE WHICH IS NOT TRUE!! I saw the owners response and he is lying! I have also called general manager Luke several times and no response. I have asked Wyatt to have the manager call me and no response. The owners can reply to this post but not even call me! How does he know anything?? He has never even talked to me! No responses, incorrect information and messy jobs are what you get from this company!!

  We contracted with Arko to update sidings and windows. It took several months for the windows to be arrive. Understandable given the shortage in production from pandemic, however the estimated timeframe we were given was delayed multiple times which was frustrating. Once their work started, it turned out that one of the windows was completely wrong size so they had to reorder it. Communication with Project Manager was challenging. Sometimes took over a week and second text or call to get hold of him. Project Manager was rarely on site to oversee the work. I'm guessing they subcontract out their work. The work they did to replace the windows and back garage door was poor quality as you can see in the pictures. They would 'resend' the same workers to 'correct' the issues but after 2 attempts to fix the poor quality of work, it's not worth the hassle to keep having them come out. For sidings work- they did an okay job but in hindsight I see Arko is overpriced for sidings. Just want to give an accurate review so others can avoid the headache we went through.

  Rick had very poor communication as to when his crew would be onsite for service, I do not have the entire day to work around your schedule when you don't know where your crew is or when they will be there. The kids that did the actual cut were nice, but again, I don't have all day to make sure someone is here

  July 2019, there was a large hail storm in Andover, we opened a case with our insurance with Arko Exteriors/Restoration as our contracting company. Several items were to be completed such as Gutters, Window/Door Wrap, Roof, and they were going to work with insurance on the damaged siding. The insurance company cut a check for the work which was signed right over to Arko (first mistake). ~$13k for roof replacement on a split entry 2600 SQ FT home. Finally by September 16th, they started the roof replacement (3 months later) and still have not replaced the rain redirector sheet metal over the door. The rest of the work was NEVER completed and we have officially cut ties. This seems to be a very expensive roof replacement. Majority of the inquires went with no responses and we would be reaching out via email, text and calling about 6-8 times a month for 7 months. Promises were made but never complete. The last straw was a new case for internal ceiling damage from the moisture was basically denied due to lack of experience of the team. We brought in a third party professional with over 30 years of experience validating the claim with specifics. However, we received no support from Arko on the case. Repairs will now need to come out of our pocket. Finally, when we came back home in March from being away, we heard a loud banging in the back of our house. Investigating, we saw the roof drip edging hanging ready to fall off (see attached picture). Another fact is that with 5 of my other neighbors, 2 choose not to go with them due to lack of responses. One neighbor only had their roof replace and was happy. The last two neighbors had the roofs replaced around the same time but are still waiting for additional work and are NOT happy with the responses or work. Next door, it took Arko 6 months to check the siding, removed a piece and left it exposed to the elements. It took like a dozen calls to get them to cover it finally late February.

  "Tried" to get them repair my roof back in 2017 and it was a nightmare! Please save yourself the pain and frustration and go with someone else. They charge a lot and have terrible customer service.

  Hello Darin, We absolutely feel terrible that you feel the way you do about Arko. We strive to give customers a great experience. We admit, there have been some bumps along the way, however, our processes and communication gets smoother every day. Arko is a better company today in 2019 than 2017. I will share this. According to the information provided by our crm there seems to be inefficiencies within your project in 2017, specifically with a particular project manager. The relationship between Arko and that particular individual ended very soon after the inefficiencies were discovered. We will be reaching out to you to have an open discussion which should result in a fair resolution and removal of this review.

  If you can get Nic to work with you I highly recommend. Our hail claim was declined with a different contractor, and then Nic showed up for an appeal and we went from being covered at about 4K to 60k. Nic does great work.

  Arko Companies and Luke were really good to work with. We had cedar siding and after 40 years of woodpeckers & weather it was time for a change. We went with a couple different products of maintenance free siding and installed new gutters, the house looks great! The only negative is it took a long time to start the project, however much of the timing was not in Arko’s control. Once the job began it went very smoothly.

  We had ARKO replace our roof. Had an overall excellent experience. Walked us thru the insurance process. Their crew was very responsive with quality work. We would use them again.

  Had a great experience with Arko. Zack, the project manager was there for every step of it. Handled all the insurance claims and all the work was done very professionally. I would highly recommend them

  Huge shoutout to Luke and Becca for the wonderful prompt service I received. Becca for reaching out to Luke who went to my home and was able to fix my roof and assure me that everything was good and I didn't need to worry.
