Showed up late, quote misrepresented services, damaged brand new heating system, communication was unsatisfactory and no one seems to be interested in fixing the issues. Find someone else

Hi Adam, I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. It looks as though your job was completed a few weeks ago, well ahead of your requested Nov. 1 completion date. I did reach out to you via phone today as this is the first we’ve heard of any damage done while working on your property. Please give us a call back so we can make this right!

Excellent on an entire slate roof replacement. Even the neighbors talked about how hard working the crew was, how quiet, how clean the jobsite was kept, and the finished job is gorgeous! I have any number of "slate roof guys" over the …

Another quality slate repair completed as noted needing attention during the earlier annual spring maintenance / repair appointment. Finding a good, reputable and reliable slate roof contractor remains to be an issue in this area as each year passes. This contractor is exactly what you are looking for. Thank you!

Great work on our slate roof. Slate repair, snow guards, copper work and chimney cap . Work and crew exceptional.

Thanks for installing a chimney cap. When I called you I didn’t ask for an estimate (my fault). Based on your previous work I thought it would cost between $400-500. So I was surprised when the invoice was $800. Would you please send me a more detailed explanation of the work that was done ?
