I love the new roof! Everyone I worked with, from the estimation team to the scheduling team to the installation team, was incredibly professional and a pleasure to collaborate with. Mikey (Project Manager) kept me informed about the project’s progress throughout the day. His team worked swiftly and efficiently, completing the installation in a single day. They even ensured the area was spotless when they finished. This group of individuals is incredibly hardworking, and the roof looks exceptionally professional! J. Smegal Roofing is highly recommended to anyone seeking a professional and dedicated team to complete their roofing project.

Smooth professional and Stress free transaction! My project manager Tommee was very knowledgeable and attentive to costumer concerns and made the project stress free and enjoyable for me and my family, he really made us feel we made the right choice. The crew worked hard on both my roofs and got them done in one day! I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

Farmer Clark's barn roof vent needed to be replaced. We called many roofers. J Smegal quickly replied that they would send a representative to Hampden, MA to evaluate our project, and provide us with a quote. We accepted their affordable quote. They worked hard to complete the project - coming back to Hampden, MA three times to complete the installation. Most importantly they charged us exactly what they had estimated the job would cost. Our thanks to J Smegal from Farmer Clark's Hampden, MA

Isaiah C kept me well informed. I did have some additional charges due to damaged wood and he was very good about explaining what needed to happen. The team lead by Simon were excellent. Everything was cleaned up after completing and the work was done all in one afternoon! I couldn't have had a better experience . I would rate these guys an 10 for sure on a 1 to 10 scale!!!! Thank you.

We had JSMEGAL arrive on June 3 for a new roof. It looks terrific, and they finished in one day! We really appreciated dealing with project manager, Raul, with all his knowledge.

The roof installation went smoothly and was completed in a day. The only issue I had was that the cleanup wasn’t done inside the garage where they needed to replace some plywood. We drove our cars in before we realized it. I ended up picking up several nails and metal fasteners on the floor along with other debris. Thank goodness we didn’t end up with some flat tires. I contacted the company, and they did offer to have someone come for additional cleanup the next day but I had already done it.
