  Please remind your drivers that the company name is on the side of the vehicle. If they drive poorly, then it’s not a reflection on them as individuals but on the company they work for.

  I had Jason come out to give a quote a month ago or so, and was told I would receive a free quote…. I still haven’t heard a thing. They came recommended by others, maybe I fell through the cracks but I didn’t have a good experience

  Very hard company to deal with.. not sure if it is they have too much work right now,,, and they don’t care???? Or it’s just the normal customer service.

  Everything about. This Co is first class! Everyone knew their job and worked to achieve excellence!   I highly recommend NextGen Roofing for anyone needing a full roof replacement. They did a phenomenal job replacing my entire roof, completely finishing the full replacement in just a single day. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Virginia was wonderful to coordinate with right from the start. Project Manager Matt Talbot, General Manager Brian, and Production Manager Brian including the roof workers all ensured the entire job was executed flawlessly, professionally, and as scheduled. The quality of the final roof work is exceptional, and their cleanup was so thorough you couldn't even tell they were there. If you want a stress-free, professional roofing experience this is the team to hire!

  Our experience with NextGen was seamless. Everyone was so professional & kind. The communication from start to finish put us at ease and any questions we had were answered promptly. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to come almost 3 weeks early. Again, I can't say enough about the crew. They didn't leave one nail behind! It was as if they were never there. Our roof is perfect. We are also very happy with our new chimney. (The mason was referred by Brian.)

  We would give this business at 4.6 if Goodle allowed more precise ratings. Next Gen is a comprehensive exerior renovation contractor. They handle siding, window replacements (although not the interior trim), and exterior carpentry as well …

  Nextgen did multiple projects on my home, roof replacement, gutters, and fascia/soffit replacement. Everything went smoothly and on time, very impressive considering how many projects were going on. Matt, James, Al and Seth were all a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to refer to anyone.

  I spoke with Virgina yesterday and she set up an inspection of my siding. I received an email from her with the tech’s name and photo, clearly communicating what to expect during my service call. Matt arrived promptly the next day. After determining if there might be any damage behind my siding, he could see that the repair was an easy fix. Matt made me feel at ease with the process and overall condition of my siding in general. I appreciate the quick response of this professional team and would definitely call them back for any future needs!
