Very poor experience. All I wanted done was a simple bathroom window replacement that I was assured was a simple job for them. And after three months of the wrong window showing up and being installed, waiting for a replacement, and going back and forth for two weeks to get a new installation date, they insisted on not only charging full price, but to have someone from the company at my house within 10 minutes after final installation to strong arm me for immediate payment. If only that sort of motivation was displayed in getting the job done right. Avoid them and hire a professional company.

These people are not trustworthy at all. They came to do an estimate for me and told me prices would be going up the following month. When I didn't respond quick enough, all of a sudden they can give me a much better price. So they're …

Their solicitor violated our no soliciting/no trespass signs. Also looked into our windows scaring our kids. The owner has yet to call to apologize.

Nova did a great job replacing the fading wooden siding on our home and replaced it with sleek-looking vinyl siding. The team worked tirelessly to get done ahead of schedule. Front to back: from the representative Mitch to project manager Andrey-everyone was very professional. Would definitely make them the quote to beat on any future projects.

We had our roof done by NOVA in 2022, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, expectations were set properly, and the work was completed exactly as discussed—no surprises, no runaround. …

Working with Pavlo was a pleasure? He was very professional and helpful to the process. However , I feel like the inside team could have been a little bit more assertive to our scheduling requirements , but overall great experience , the project manager was wonderful.

Fantastic workmanship! Very professional, good communication, and quick workers. We had them replace windows, 2 exterior doors, and sided the entire 9000 sq ft house. It looks AMAZING. They leave the area clean and left us with spare materials. The siding is also guaranteed with a warranty.
