  A technician came out to inspect my roof when it was leaking in multiple places due to ice dams after a storm. They never got on a ladder to look at the roof. They said they would send an estimate for the work and never did, even after I sent a follow email and text and was assured it was in process. This wasted precious time while water was leaking into my home. I could have had another company come in and help me. Eventually I was able to get another company in, they showed up the same day and went above and beyond to fix the issue, as well as explain how to prevent it. If you aren’t going to take on a job, please do not waste the homeowners time.

  They were quick and responsive at first, meet nice guy to look at the job. Then the promise of a quote went from a few days to, one more day, after the weekend, estimator is on vacation, he’s gonna get it to you today (didn’t) and so on. It was only 8 days later that I finally got the quote- not too bad. But I would have liked to know to expect that from the start. Purely a communication issue.

  Honestly not impressed. They send out someone to bumble through the initial quote Then after you ask them to address it, they assist you with bumbling through it a second time. Not quite sure how this business has so many five star reviews. Because the way they did business with me did not reflect it.

  I don’t think this could be the same company that has had so many good reviews. Hired AQ to provide metal roof, James Hardie siding, and gutters on an addition, phase 1 of a large 3 phase project. Horrible excuse filled experience took months to complete. Poor to non existent communication. Poor quality work on siding required complete tear down. Lied about work performed and shingle exposure. Failed to pull permit. Messy job site. I would not want them back to “fix” anything. I must have had the most inexperienced workers available on my project. Multiple attempts to contact the owner were ignored. Pictures to follow if I have time to waste. Huge disappointment. Look elsewhere for quality work.

  Being an abutter to a roofing job has been horrible. They made no effort to protect my property from debris. I had to constantly clean up nails so my dogs wouldn’t be injured. I was told they’d clean it up. That wasn’t done. And just the attitude was unacceptable. Calling the office was also a waste of time.

  We had our roof replaced. The workers did an amazing job, staying on site each day until it was too dark to continue. They even worked in the rain. Upon completion, they cleaned up the property of everything, not a single bit of debris remained. Neighbors have all remarked on how beautiful our roof looks. These roofing professionals included both males and females, were extremely hard working and respectful of our property, privacy and comfort.

  Roof Shampoo - We built our house over 24 years ago, and the last few years we thought we may need a new roof. Mold and lichen were all over, especially in the parts that didn't see sun. Adam Quenneville representative came out and took a look and recommended a "Roof Shampoo". For only a fraction of the cost we thought we would try it. Yesterday, Bruno and his team showed up, and by 5pm the work was finished. It looks like a brand new roof! Bruno's team left our home spotless, power spraying all the debris away from porches, walkways and off of the siding. Bruno and his team were friendly, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing! We would highly recommend this treatment to anyone thinking about replacing their roof!

  I definitely recommend Adam Quenneville for roofing work. They replaced out dated and leaking cabana roof with new material on time and with total professionalism. James and Hernan in particular saw the project was completed as promised and reasonably priced.

  We had a smooth experience with replacing my dad’s roof. Everything came out great and they did a really nice job. Everyone was responsive and easy to work with. My dad is very happy with his new roof. Definitely recommend!
