  Skyway Exteriors did a great job replacing our rubber roof on our commercial property. They kept us updated sending us pictures though out the project. All there workers were great and very professional. There prices are very reasonable for the quality of work that they do. I would highly recommend Skyway Exteriors for anything that you need done.

  This team is incredible. I’ve had my roof worked on in the past but there were always problems. Segundo and his team came to take a look and explained to us in detail what was going on and was incredibly kind. Working with this team felt like working with friends who genuinely want to help you. I can’t recommend any team who are better. If you want clean, clear, and professional quality service; this is the team you want.

  When it came to replacing my roof, I was unable to be on-site at all to supervise due to work commitments. I’d been worried about the quality of work, site cleanliness, and attention to detail, but when I arrived after the job was finished, I was truly impressed by the Skyway team and have to give them full credit. Tony, the project lead, kept in smooth and consistent communication throughout. The initial quote was clear and transparent, he walked me through the process ahead of time, and updated me regularly during construction, which gave me great peace of mind. The entire team was professional, efficient, and responsible. They fully removed the old roofing, installed the new roof neatly and securely, and paid close attention to critical details such as edges and waterproofing. The materials used were solid, and the workmanship was clearly reliable at first glance. What impressed me most was that even with the homeowner absent, they maintained extremely high standards. After completion, the site was thoroughly cleaned, all construction waste was removed, and they even used a professional magnetic nail sweeper to check the entire area for any leftover nails, leaving no hazards or debris behind. They were punctual, honest, and took no shortcuts, making the whole experience truly worry-free, reassuring, and dependable. I highly recommend the Skyway team. Tony is professional and responsible, and the crew has excellent skills. Anyone needing roof repair or replacement can hire them with complete confidence. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with the work done by the Skyway team. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I’m very grateful for their great service. My house now looks completely refreshed and brand new!

  I needed my 16’ back porch roof replaced and was turned down by numerous contractors because the job was “too small.” Tony came to my rescue! He had no issues with the size of the project, gave me an extremely detailed and fair quote, did beautiful work, and the cleanup was fantastic. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments from my neighbors. Couldn’t recommend more!
