  I wrote a review a few months ago that was two stars and then changed it to three stars after the owner requested my husband have me change it. I have regretted changing my review rating to be higher as I feel this is unfair to have owners pressure people to change their reviews. If you want to be a 5 star company, just be a 5 star company, don't pressure people for better reviews. 99.9% of my reviews are 5 stars. I stand by my review and I think pressuring people dilutes the reviews where you did earn higher stars. If you want to say everyone is happy with their roof after working with you then you actually have to make them happy not just pressure them into lying on a review rating. The company had forgotten to add soffit on our quote and tried to leave up the old brown soffit we already had on our house even though everything else was being changed to white AND we had asked Bob to make sure everything in the quote said white. Why would we want to have brown and white all over our house? It would have looked really bad. My husband came home on his lunch break and saw how bad it looked and asked the project manager to fix it and do what was originally promised. Once we got a hold of the owner, which unfortunately took several days, we only had to pay 500$ extra dollars which was fine. But unfortunately before we got a hold of the owner we had some extremely negative experiences with Matt in the office and we were quoted a random range of numbers that we might have to pay extra: 1600, 1100, and then 700.

  Had to come back onsite twice to clean our gutters. Even after correctly cleaning, our entire patio was covered with the debris from our gutters.

  Hello "t," Are you sure you have the right company? This circumstance does not seem to match any of our jobs ever. We have never sent or needed a lawyer to get an insurance check as customers have always been greatful for a new roof at very little or no cost. Also insurance law prohibits carriers from raising cost due to a claim. Please call me at 774-696-2732 so we can understand better, understand who this is ,and make it right if in fact we had done something wrong. - Hello t, its been about 2 weeks since we asked you to contact us so we can understand and correct anything that might be wrong by us. Please dont hesitate. We really do care and a few of us lose sleep over this stuff.

  Pride Exterior did an outstanding job adding the fascia, soffit, gutters, and downspouts on our home. From the mid-construction shots to the finished product, you can see how much care went into every detail: clean, straight lines on the fascia and soffit, tightly fitted seams, and gutters that are perfectly pitched and secured. The white trim against our cedar shake siding looks crisp and professional, and the downspouts were routed neatly to blend right in with the house. The crew was professional and efficient from start to finish, kept the job site clean, and stuck to the timeline they gave us. For the quality of workmanship, the pricing felt very fair. This was clearly a team that takes pride in doing things right, not just fast. Highly recommend Pride Exterior for anyone needing fascia, soffit, or gutter work done properly. Five stars, no hesitation.

  Had gotten a price several years ago and reached out again. They were very competitive against all other companies. Did a great good with the replacement of my roof, gutter and skylight. Worked with me to make sure the skylight went into the existing opening correctly. Overall, very happy with the installation. Also let me use their dumpster to add stuff from another renovation to for a minimum extra charge which was super helpful!!

  Pride Roofing replaced our large, high-pitched roof. We received most excellent, professional, and courteous service, above and beyond all expectations! Ronald was exceedingly patient in explaining all details both before and during the work.Their crew of over 10 people was highly efficient. They work very hard and completed all work in a short time.   I have used this company twice. Once for a roof on a 3 family home another time for siding, facia repairs and a gutter system for a commercial multifamily. They provide top notch service. They are very organized. Once they start your job they work hard on it until it is done. They don't shift the crew from job to job. This means you might have to wait for weather or prior scheduled jobs to finish, but once they start your job you have their full attention. They work hard to make sure every detail is done correctly (no cutting corners). If they miss some detail they quickly correct or finish it. On top of all that they bid competitively. They are not the cheapest on the market but their bids usually land in the middle of competing bids. They provide a level of installation quality and service that is hard to find among their competitors. Thanks Pride!
