  Six weeks from the time of accepting the quote, and two phone calls over the six weeks from me and they couldn't give a ballpark estimate on when the repair might be done. Not even a "could be about a month or so, but weather could push that back". Tried also saying it was weather delay, which I understand, but six weeks doesn't explain why they still couldn't give a ballpark estimate of when the repairs could estimated to be done. They obviously don't want small jobs, which they say on their website "No job is too big or too small for Ferreira Roofing and Siding; we handle each job the same way – with attention to detail, respect for your property, cleanliness, and dependability" and "Completion Date- When a roof leak occurs it’s in your best interests to have it repaired as quickly as possible to prevent further, more costly repairs from taking place. Be sure your roofing contractor provides you with a completion date to ensure your roof is repaired promptly" Six weeks to not even have an estimated timeframe from them is unacceptable. Cancelled the work with them. If you are a small job that needs repairs find someone else to do the work.

  I contacted Ferreira for a quote on my roof, I own a single family home. The person that came to my house was not an employee of Ferreira but one of their contractors. The guy that showed up said that he was asked to come to my house 3 days before our scheduled appointment. Nobody from Ferreira bothered to call and tell me of this change. I received quotes from 5 companies for my roof. Everyone that came by talked to us for 30-60 minutes regarding the roof, options, etc. However, the Ferreira representative spent 2 minutes talking to us before he took his ladder out and measured our roof. When he was done measuring, he said someone would send us a quote and left. He was at my house for 10 minutes. Also, it's been 2 weeks since they came by my house and I still don't have a quote. They didn't even bother sending me a quote. I left work early to meet with them and they wasted my time. Don't waste your time with this company.

  My church hired Ferreira Company for some work on down scouts, chimney repointing and a cap for the chimney. Their price was very fair, they arrived when they said they would, and their work was excellent. What more could you ask?

  We are so happy we went with Ferreira Company for our new roof and gutters. They were wonderful to deal with in every way. Adrian was so helpful in planning our project. The crew was fast and did an amazing job in one day. They cleaned up our yard so well, it looks better than when they started. We highly recommend Ferreira Company if you need a new roof.
