  I signed on the dotted line 2/2026 to have my jacuzzi tub replaced with a shower. It’s now 8/21/26 and the project is half completed. The materials weren’t even ordered until after the anticipated longest completion date of June. Work didn’t start until July and had to be halted twice due to wrong or missing materials. Calls and text to the customer service and project manager have been unreturned several times. I’m at the point where I’m considering hiring another contractor to complete the work. Long home is very attentive to schedule a sales pitch and accept a deposit. After that, they disappear. It’s not “A new bath in a day” but “a new bath in a year”. I like the product but think twice about this company lack of customer service and follow thru on a timely project completion. Sincerely, A frustrated, disappointed and unhappy customer!!

  Don't even look at their products online. All I did was go to their website somehow they got my phone number and information and have called me 40 times in a single morning... what business would spam call you relentlessly other than a scam company? If I wanted to do business 1 or 2 calls at the most would suffice and 2 is pushing it. Stay far away from long home. I have to report them for harassment because the calls will not stop.

  Harassing phone calls about 30 in a day. I asked to get taken off the call list and 3 more calls come in within 5 minutes. This place has to be a scam no place of good buisness would do this

  We were quoted $23,000 for a new tub surround. TWENTY. THREE. THOUSAND. DOLLARS. For a tub. Not a new bathroom, for 1 tub. I couldn't get them off my property fast enough.

  Tried to set up an estimate with this company and they asked me if somebody else was on my mortgage and I honestly answered them no and then they sent me to another scheduler who said I see another person on your mortgage and I said well he’s not there anymore and they said that they needed a reason why he wasn’t on the mortgage before they came out to give me an estimate. I’ve never felt so discriminated in all of my life. It is none of anyone’s business why I hold my mortgage by myself and they lost my business for life.

  Steve is a great salesperson who put up with my continuous “harassment “ throughout his sales visit. We finally came up with a fair price after about. four hours of the sale process. He is an excellent well spoken young man.I think that you picked a very good person to be on your team!!!!

  They were faced with unforeseen issues due to my parents home being built in the 30’s. They took care of everything and let me know what was going on every step of the way! Every person I dealt with from beginning to end were all very professional I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing a bathroom conversion.   Response to my requesting a proposal was immediate and very professional. An on-site meeting provided a review of top tier 50 year shingles and matching underlayment and flashing system materials from Certainteed. Joshua, the pre-sale contact was top notch and I enjoyed discussions with him. For other reasons, I went with another roofer.
