Didn't square the deck. Rails don't meet corner post squarely. Would NOT recommend this contractor. Wouldn't come back and fix the problems.

I’m sorry that you weren’t satisfied with the composite deck we installed at your home 3 years ago, and the subsequent modification we made that following year. I’m happy to come back out and address the issue for you. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience.

Manny takes pride in his work. His staff is great. Very professional and hard working. The results came out great and when he was done, everything was cleaned up with no trace of him even being there except for our brand new roof. He listens to the customers questions and concerns and explains everything very well. Also, responds to phone calls and texts very promptly. I highly recommend him and his crew.

My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Manny for your roofing needs. Manny always kept us up-to-date from start to finish, always quickly returning our calls or texts. At the end of the project our roof looked great and he and crew walked the property collecting any debris.

After discovering that our roof was leaking and in worse shape than we realized, we hired Manuel Labor Inc to replace it. It was a pleasure working with Manny, he was very responsive, answered all our questions, and kept us updated as things progressed. Everything went smoothly and turned out great and changed what could have been a stressful situation into an easy one. The crew did an excellent job, with a very thorough cleanup, and left our property looking great. We highly recommend Manuel Labor Inc!

Several weeks ago after suddenly experiencing a leak in our roof it became obvious that we need to replace it. After some careful research we found Manuel Labor LLC and contacted them hoping that they had availability and indeed they did. Manny came out to do a quick patch job on the areas of the roof that were leaking and began the process of getting permits and ordering materials. That next Friday we had a crew on the roof removing the old shingles, installing new skylights, and repairing areas of the roof that were missing boards or experiencing dry rot. We have an old Victorian with multiple projections and roof lines so this was a big project but much to our amazement, Manny and his crew were able to complete the entire job in just 3 days finishing the final clean up late Sunday afternoon. Throughout the entire process Manny kept us totally informed as to what was happening. He and his entire crew were incredibly professional and respectful of the property. Landscaping was covered to minimize damage and at the end of the job the entire yard was devoid of any debris. The entire property was swept to ensure there were no stray roofing nails or small pieces of wood or shingle. Manuel Labor was a pleasure to work with and the quality of work was incredibly high. I definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Hard working, dedicated crew who remain on task and did a great job, including the small things. Both process and final clean up was also excellent. Price was more than fair for such a high quality result. I will recommend Manuel Labor without reservation.

Manny and his crew took care of our roof July 2025. We have a raised ranch with a four car garage. he kept us well informed during the whole job. Despite having to replace one whole side of the roof’s plywood due to delamination and bowing they were able to get the job completely done in 8 hours. Even added anchor points to the roof as requested. Place was left clean upon completion of job. We had a great experience with using Manuel labor redoing our roof. We highly recommend using Manuel Labor to redo your roof!
