  I live in Bellingham. My roof is leaking. It's raining. These people were to call me today, 3-19-2026, and set up a time to come out today and give me an estimate. Never heard from them or ever came out. They completely dumped on me. It's still raining. Don't waste your time with these jerks. This is in response to the owners rebuttal for not coming to my home the day of my appointment. I had an appointment for that day, the phone call was to let me know a better time frame of when you'd be there. I waited all day for you. You can sugar coat it all you want but how long would a phone call have taken to let me know what was going on. Probably much less time than it took to write your rebuttal. If you'd have taken just those few seconds I would have been fine with that. You say you're sorry I felt let down by your communication ! The point is, you didn't have any. So by the end of the day when I hadn't heard or seen anyone I felt pretty burnt and feel you got the review you deserved. I believe I would have never heard from you. As a business you should know communication is key. Wish it could have turned out better for the both of us.

  We wish we would have been able to respond to your call within 24 hours. We received many calls that day from people with leaking roofs that had to be tarped and ran out of time to get to your home. Then you posted this review so we chose not to follow up with you. We understand how stressful it is to deal with a leaking roof, especially during rainy weather, and we’re sorry to hear that you felt let down by our communication.

  We worked with Austin at Skyline and had a great experience. They were helpful, responsive, and answered all our questions. They did a great job on our new roof, it was scheduled when it was most convenient to us and it took them less than 2 days to complete. They were tidy and the roof looks great!

  I love my new roof! Austin and the Skyline crew were great - from my initial call when I had water pouring through an exhaust fan vent, to providing a through inspection with options, pictures, and prompt estimate. I received other estimates (which were all very similar) and went with skyline because my neighbors loved them and I appreciated their communication and advice. They did the job in 3 days and communicated and showed photos along the way. The chimney flashing is beautiful! I’ve already referred them to a friend and will continue to do so.

  Skyline installed our metal roof. The workmanship was terrific. Neighbors on either side with birdseye views of the process we're very impressed with it--and both neighbors have construction experience. Good company.

  Skyline is the only premiere Malarkey installer and they do an incredible job with a detailed bid, great installation experience, and detailed site clean-up. They also provide photos and a drone video of the project so you can see the quality of the work that goes into your roof. Highly recommended for that next roof project on your to-do list! Austin and Boni make a great team if you're getting this done in Bellingham. 5-stars all around!

  Skyline is an excellent, reputable, no-nonsense business that gave us exactly what we needed at precisely what they quoted us for. Their estimate was reasonable and conservative, which we appreciated due to other businesses quoting too idealistically. They were very accommodating at every step including expediting our roof replacement due to it being in critically poor shape and wrapping up work for the day in a timeframe that aligned with our family's schedule. Austin was one of the few roofers we got a quote from who was able to break things down into layman's terms and who clearly knew what he was talking about. His team did a great job on a short timeline. Full roof replacement and cleanup in 3 days! I would definitely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

  Skyline did a superb job on our roof replacement. The crew who did the work were skilled, meticulous, and exceptionally hard working. The management team was excellent to work with, and the project was well-coordinated. We are quite pleased with our new Malarkey Vista roof and are very happy to have selected Skyline for our project. They have our highest recommendation.
