  To anyone looking to work with skyguard, be aware. They hired my company under contract to help approve and supplement howmeoners insurance claims. When they say "we will make sure insurance pays" I was the one doing that. Anyways, they owe me close to 10 grand. Many attempts to dind a resolution were made. NICO will say I was scamming them, but I have prove and documentation to proove my stance. He asked for information ans invoices over and over and asked for time to review them over and over, that never hapenned. He eventually went quiet and stopped answering calls and emails. This company has 0 clue how to properly manage insurance claims, everything they tell you or sell, is being outsourced now to a diff. Company like mine. If you want to avoid suddenly finding liens filed against your home, i suggest you find another contractor. I know tons of reputable respectable contractors in the area that would never steal their subs money.

  I had a great experience with SkyGuard Builders. From the first inspection to the final work, everything was smooth and well organized.   I had an excellent experience working with SkyGuard Builders on my roof replacement claim with State Farm. From the very beginning, their team was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. They carefully documented the damage, met with the adjuster, and advocated on my behalf throughout the entire insurance process. What could have been a frustrating and overwhelming experience became manageable because of their expertise and persistence. Their communication was clear, timely, and transparent every step of the way. Most importantly, they truly fought to make sure the claim was handled properly and fairly.
