If there was a zero star rating i would have selected that! First appointment set for 8am didnt get a call until 2 1/2 hours later telling us they have to reschedule our 1pm appointment for another day, smh. Then all the supplies dropped off previous to our initial appointment sat all over for over a week in the rain. Plywood and all. Then waited almost 2 hours late for the second appointment after calling and making sure the company had all communicated the correct time. Then calling after waiting and the company didnt know where they were and then said they were a half hour away. When they finally got here 2 of the younger men decided to wrestle in my driveway. I went outside and not one of the workers spoke any English at all! After a waiting to speak with someone finally someone who spoke english tells me they can not do all that was quoted. Finally after several calls back and forth with the office finally said they can. The 2 hours later call us back to say they need more plywood and charge $150 a sheet of plywood and we needed 3 more. So additional charge! And. When the job was done they wouldn’t leave the extra bundle of shingles we paid for until i argued. Never again!! Worst experience!

I was part of a repair process that involved this company and the homeowners insurance adjuster. This company claims to work with insurance companies, yet they provide misleading, if not fraudulent, information. A representative claimed that the insurance settlement from one claim could be used elsewhere. As an example, to use the insurance company payout for siding damage to fix something else such as water damage. This tactic was used in an attempt to get a customer to sign a contract. Fortunately, the person refused to sign, and I suggested calling the insurance agent. After the homeowners insurance company adjuster came out, the claims process and compensation outlined by the adjuster and this company (Premier) were nowhere near the same. The compensation amount was significantly lower. The insurance company claims adjuster pointed out that they would pay out 50% of the award for storm damaged siding and then pay out the remainder once the job was complete. If the policy holder elected to use the siding payout elsewhere, the insurance company would (1) not pay the remaining balance and (2) never pay out again for siding damage because it was not fixed. Both of these make sense and I do not fault the insurance company. However, the individual from Premier Public Adjusters was explaining that none of that would happen. The person making the insurance claim could use the funds elsewhere, and there wouldn't be a problem. This was found to be not true, and a company that deals with insurance companies on a regular basis should be familiar with the basics. There were discrepancies in the date used for the day of the storm damage. Premier was wrong, and would not have been able to get a claim started. This company will take 35% of the insurance company settlement if you do not have them do the work. This is fully disclosed. It also smells like a conflict of interest. It is a lot of money to pay someone to call your insurance company instead of calling your in

Premier Group did a great job replacing our condo roof. They took drone photos and prepared a report clearly showing us the areas that needed to be repaired, provided options for for replacing or repairing, and waited for our condo association to make a decision without feeling pressured. Francisco (Frank) Cuadra was great to work with. He checked in periodically and answered all of our questions. I’d definitely recommend using them for your roofing needs!

Shawn helped me with an ongoing leak issue that many have failed to fix in the past. A 6 year headache has finally been solved after moving a vent stack and patching a condensation leak from improper installation from previous owners. Thanks Shawn!

Update 6-19-2026: Had a leak develop after severe rainfall, unrelated to the new roof. Was very difficult to locate and diagnose, but Premier guys came through again and were able to clearly explain the issue and the fix. All done quickly and at a reasonable price. No leaks since. Thanks to Daniel for coordinating the whole thing. Special thanks to Gabriel for his quick follow-ups and clear explanations on the work to be done. They offered a very competitive quote for addressing the problem areas along with a warranty protecting my tenants from any future leaks.
