  This company texts random people begging for business. Rob should stop doing that. Stop getting wrong phone numbers off of horrible websites. I NEVER lived at the address you texted about, I haven’t lived in Aurora for over 20 years, I’ve never owned a house… Do better, at least act like a professional.

  I had a terrible experience with this company.Too many negative things to list. Best advice I could give is to find a Roofing company that does not own a adjusting company as well it should be illegal, as it's a conflict of interest. Don't believe these five star reviews that you're reading. It was a total nightmare. Should have listened to my wife, She did not like nor trust their company from the day they came to our house as Elite Adjustors stating as I was told, "Your roof is in bad shape, it's like 99% sure of completely being for paid by your insurance." Their roofers were anything but skill trades, absolutely nothing showed that they were skilled trained professional carpenters.Or roofers, I watched them make mistake after mistake running out of material and/or not the correct material to complete the job had to come back. do yourself a favor and stay away.

  I called for a quote for a job. An appointment was made. The rep called twice on the day of appointment but didn’t show up at all. The rep called again to say that he was able to still provide a ‘report’. I haven’t received it. Totally wasted my time. I guess because the job required was not going to use insurance? I would not recommend.

  In March, I got 3 quotes for my roof replacement. EliteExteriors was my final choice after talking to my main point of contact- Miko Chłopicki. He was straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable. The crew was respectful, efficient and finish the project in a timely matter to my great satisfaction. On the 3 rd of July my roof was damaged by a tree branch that impacted the shingles. I contacted the company. I got an immediate response and my roof was repaired in a couple of days.EliteExteriors is a trustworthy and dependable company. I highly recommend it for your next roofing projects.

  Working with Rob and Elite Adjustors was an amazing experience. They fought my claim with the insurance company over the course of 2 years. Initially insurance was only going to cover $4,000 worth of damage to the siding and roof. Rob and Elite Adjustors kept fighting the claim and eventually got both covered for full replacement. They were diligent with their work and always stayed in constant communication with me about the status of the claim. There’s no way I would have been able to fight this claim by myself as insurance companies purposely create many hurdles for people to jump through for full coverage of the claims. Rob and elite Adjustors handled all the communication with the insurance company. The work that was done was excellent. I’ve received multiple compliments from neighbors on how professionally done the roof and siding look. If you have any damage to your roof or siding, give elite adjusting company a call. They will save you from all the headaches of dealing with the insurance company.

  The team at Elite Exteriors from the CEO on down to the local crew performing the job did an excellent job. The team staged the items carefully in our front yard and worked efficiently given a pocket of good weather to complete the job. Additionally they provided service after the sale when one of the gutter heater cords re-installed came loose - no issues, the manager came out and took care of fixing and double checking the work straight away. I would 100% recommend to neighbors and friends.

  The roofing crew was some of the fastest workers I have ever seen and they did a fantastic job. The siding crew were some of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever had work at my house. I have 2 dogs that are allowed in our backyard, during this construction time, the guys were super helpful communicating when they needed to enter the back of my property so the dogs would get out. They cleaned the property well each day before leaving so that there would be no issues with nails or material getting in my tires or affecting my dogs routine. Absolutely recommend!

  I couldn’t be happier with the job my roofing company did! They handled everything from start to finish — checking city licenses, getting all the necessary permits from my association and the city, and working directly with my insurance and mortgage company to get everything approved. Since I’m usually busy with work, it was a huge relief to have them take care of every detail. The roof was completed in just one day, which amazed me and even caught the attention of my neighbors! The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful — they worked quietly, kept the area clean, and left no mess behind. Everything was done perfectly, and the roof looks fantastic. A big thank-you to the entire team for their excellent work and professionalism. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and hardworking roofers, this is the company you want. They truly deserve every one of those five stars!

  I was formally in the trades and was known to be obsessive, compulsive and detailed. I can no longer do that type of work. The Polish workers who did the siding, soffit, fascia and gutters were extremely talented and did an extraordinary job. There are many bad contractors and the customer needs to be cautious. I highly recommend Elite Exteriors and rest assured that the work will be performed properly. Their pricing was extremely affordable compared to other bids I received. Everyone who I dealt with from Elite Exteriors provided professional, accommodating, and excellent service. I guarantee that you will be very happy with the services of this company. It is my opinion that any company that calls itself Elite sets themselves up for very high expectations and this company truly meets and exceeds every expectation.
