  I contacted Skyfall about some wood board/soffit damage. Their project manager came over and basically scammed me into getting a new roof because he said my insurance would pay for it (hail damage). It was super important to me that he address wood boards that were cracked. I was pressured into getting a new roof and I specifically told him I would be really upset if I have to spend all this money to do something I didn’t call about, he reassured me it would be fine and insurance would cover it. He then conned me and my insurance company by telling me I could recoup some of the deductible money by replacing my metal roof with shingles. Sounded fine to me, but learned that was insurance fraud and I got an earful from my insurance company. They added an additional cost of almost $2k for replacing some wood boards. Fast forward to today, the wood that was repaired was nailed into rotting wood and after time, it will separate.. my gutters have peeled away from the house and I’ve had to spend even more money to try to get things fixed. It’s my own fault for allowing myself to be put in this situation but I wanted to warn anyone else with dealing with this company. They claim to stand by their work but there’s been no resolution or contact from them since.

  Recently I had my roof replaced on both my house and detached garage. I filed a claim with my insurance company due to several storms that had ripped through my neighborhood over the past few months. Rahmany Hassan was the salesman who came out to speak with me about replacing the roof, and what to expect going forward. Normally I am not a big fan of salesmen, but Rahmany is one of those guys who is easy to like. You can tell after speaking with him a while he is very much invested in his work and very knowledgeable as well. You also get the impression he is there to do what is best for you, and not just there to make a dollar. After speaking with him I decided to go with Skyfall to do the work. The work crew arrived early in the morning to do the job with 6 workers. After pulling 2 layers of shingles off of both the house and garage, there were a number of wood peices and boards that were damaged and had to be replaced. The foreman let me know of the wood he was replacing and the extra work he was doing. Unfortunately wood damage, either caused by storms or old age is not covered under insurance. But after the insurance company made their final payment on the claim, I was shocked at how little I had to pay for the extra wood and work they did. A rarity in todays world. Late in the day after the house roof was installed the foreman came to me and told me they would likely have to come back the next day to finish the job. A half hour later he told me it looked like rain was in the forecast, so they stayed until dusk and completed the job. A lot of work in one day. Having worked in roofing for a few weeks when I was much younger, I can tell you those guys worked their asses off and did a great job! All in all it was a very good experience working with this company. The reviews are legit. This is who to call if you need a new roof. One last thing, Hassan does not go away after you hire Skyfall. He is in touch with you through the whole process and makes sure you are

  Rahmany is a great guy to work with, very professional and knows what he is doing. Communication is clear and he makes sure he is with you every step of the way. He helped my parents get a new roof and made sure insurance covered it.

  From the beginning working with skyfall has been a pleasant experience. Insurance companies can be difficult but working with skyfall made a big difference. They explained the process thoroughly . I was informed during the entire process. Rahmany was very professional and courteous. I look forward to seeing the completed project.

  We were informed when the team was coming and they arrived on time. Finished the roof in one day. Cleaned our yard up of debris and the nails from our yard and drive way.

  Rahmany and his team did a fantastic job. They walked me through every step and made it super easy for me to understand the process. Any questions I had they answered with a quick response. Overall it was a stress-free experience for me as a busy restaurant owner. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone especially if you want the job done right! Thanks again!!
