  ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE – Avoid Best Choice Roofing DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want a leaking roof, property damage, and a yard full of hazardous debris. We hired Best Choice Roofing for a full roof replacement in February 2025. Nearly a year and a half later (as of July 2026), our property is still damaged, and the roof is actively leaking. The Issues: Active Roof Leak: Completely ignored by the company despite endless calls. Property Damage: They scratched our windows and ripped our window screens. Hazardous Debris: Left a massive pile of trash and dangerous nails scattered across our yard and garden. Zero Accountability: Leadership is a revolving door. Nobody takes responsibility, and the office is filled with empty promises. The Timeline of Neglect: 3 Months Post-Install: After repeated calls, they finally did a bare-minimum cleanup of the trash, leaving us to hunt for scattered nails. However, they entirely ignored the broken screens, scratched windows and leaking roof. 17 Months Post-Install (Present): Still nothing has been fixed. This ongoing nightmare and complete lack of ethics has caused immense, unnecessary stress to my husband, who is a 100% disabled combat veteran, directly impacting his health. Best Choice Roofing takes your money, damages your home, and ghosts you. Save yourself the heartbreak and health hazards—look elsewhere.

  It has been a year now since I had my roof done by Bcr. Hopefully you don’t get Damaro as a sales person he will lie straight to your face but I’m pretty sure he is in management now. Twice the price of other roofing contractors and the work done is a disgrace. On the bright side if you like roofing nails they will leave plenty in your yard , still getting nails in tires. Picture of nails was about a 5 min pass with magnet in front yard.

  I spoke several times to someone in corporate office and the local office in reference a refund. I was told I would receive my full refund and it has been two weeks. I spoke with Sarah in account receivable after calling several time with no return call. She stated they would withhold money from my refund because Chris in the Richmond branch stated I found someone cheaper. That was not correct. The process has been two months without any communication on a date to get the job completed. No invoice was given, even though I requested one from beginning of process. I have not received one as of this date. I was told by Chris, he would return my call. I have not received a call as of this date. I believe this is a breach of contract on behalf of Best Choice Roofing and I am requesting my full refund as communicated to me. This service has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I was also told about employees business. I am requesting someone higher reach out to me from corporate.

  This company is a scam. They take your insurance money. if they show up in your neighborhood DONT DO IT , they scammed my 70 year old mother. They show up with your insurance adjuster, and take all the money from your exterior repairs for $6000.00 roof. SCAM SCAM SCAM….. NO STAR SHOULD BE GIVEN BUT I CANT MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT ONE! They damaged her gutters, and bushes. Left nails in her driveway and yard. Nails are all over the inside of the roof, the Workmanship is VERY POOR. Customer service is not a priority!

  BCR did our garage (no insurance involved) so we called them when we had hail damage. First, the salesman did not show up to meet the insurance company. Then during installation the foreman cut off his finger and was taken away in an ambulance. The crew messed up around our chimney by not installing flashing. They had to return, remove part of the roofing and reinstall to fix it. Months later we are still battling to get a itemized invoice as it appears they are trying to charge us for the rework and/or scam our insurance company. Go for a local company so you don't have to deal with this heartless, corporate monster. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
