After reviewing your file, we discovered that the salesman you originally worked with has not been with our company for several months. Because your project was never submitted or entered into the proper production queue, our office had no record of any work order being completed or scheduled. We also checked our logs and did not find any calls or emails from you prior to this review. This was our first communication from you. As soon as your review was posted, our new representative Bill contacted you, cleared up the confusion, and confirmed the next steps. To clarify for accuracy: • Neither myself nor our office provided any build dates. • Any dates you received came from the former salesman you knew personally, and none of that information was ever communicated to our office. • Your payment was not ignored — the work order was simply never submitted into the production queue. Once it was located, we addressed it immediately. • The individual you spoke with about dates is no longer with our company and was not communicating with our office, which is why none of those details reached our system. We are not placing blame — only ensuring the facts are clear since the review was posted publicly and full transparency is important. In 18 years across multiple companies, we have never failed to deliver on a project. Most importantly, your project is now fully set, your delivery is being scheduled to ship this week, and your repair is in process. We take your feedback very seriously and would like to address this however it feels unfair that you are venting online instead of calling in and giving our company an opportunity to make it right. not every personality meshes well wether it be going out to eat or chatting with sale pros. Would still like to make it right if you would call in, there is a better way than trying to destroy a company's reputation over miscommunication. Please call in and ask for Joshua I would like to make sure there is a solution and you feel heard as well as place you on our do not contact list. it rained most of the day and I don't see contacts in our system that this happened today. We want to make sure you have the right company.

  If I could give less I would. The delays and lack of communication are astounding. I am actively losing thousands of dollars while the house sits unfinished and is unable to be put on the market. We were promised the work would be done by the end of the year from an August storm. Here we are in mid March and I’m paying a mortgage on a house I no longer live in because we are not a priority. Communication every 2 weeks was promised and instead I’m forced to chase Sari around for answers. I have told her how to pronounce my name many times and still get called “Merr”. BEWARE and go with someone trustworthy. The 5 star reviews are all promoted before work is even started. The BBB will be hearing from us on this ridiculous issue.

  These guys cut every corner they could while working on my house. From breaking the wood on my pergola to incorrectly connecting my dryer hose to the vent to the amount of time they took to come clean up. Yes my house got new residing. Yes it took 8 months to accomplish. Yes I’m unhappy with it. At least I found this issue before I ruined my walls because the ventilation has just been soaking into them.

  received an unwanted spam robocall from these people, trying to get me to call their 804 number. Ive never done business with them, nor will I. My number is on the national do-not-call list. I would not trust these people *edit* this is in response to theirs: From reading the previous reviews, I doubt anything will change. These people seem to have a habit of going door to door showing up at peoples residences with unwanted soliciting of business, even when repeatedly asked to stop.   you need to stop sending people to my house to solicit me. I have told yall SO MANY times to stop coming. This is insanely unprofessional and when the time comes to get my roof done I will definitely avoid calling you. Congrats on losing a potential customer. Not to mention the way your door-to-door salesmen describe it makes it sound like insurance fraud. Leave us alone.

  ​If you are looking for a reliable contractor for a roof replacement, look no further than Bill Minoutis at Revival Restoration LLC. I was a major skeptic at first because so many other contractors had failed to get my insurance to approve a claim in the past. ​Bill proved me wrong. He handled the entire insurance process and inspections himself. Even during a week of heavy storms, his communication was excellent. He kept me in the loop daily until the weather cleared. The materials arrived Thursday, and the job was finished by Saturday—100% paid for by my insurance. I cannot recommend Bill enough. He is a man of his word!

  I want to thank Revival Restoration for a job well done. Bill Menountis in particular. Our roof needed replacing due to hail damage and Bill answered all questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and was a tremendous help from beginning to end. The crew did great work and cleaned up after completion better than I even expected. I would highly recommend this company for all your restoration needs.

  Bill Menoutis of Revival Restoration managed our project of a roof replacement due to hailstorm damage. This was a complex claim with a low initial estimate from insurer (before Bill came along), with the need to bring in a third party consulting public adjuster to get the results we deserved and needed (which Bill arranged). Bill was the point man all the way. He is very responsive and answered our concerns from start to end. At one point, he showed me how to get involved in the process in a way that would make a big difference, and it did. The final result is a complete (technically complex) roof replacement by a crew who stood out for its quality, with the crew leader taking responsibility for everything, as I would hope someone would do. I believe the materials used are top rate. These kind of claims can be involving, and at times seem uphill, but Bill kept it all together and kept every promise along the way about quality and cost. I have already referred a neighbor who suffered damage in the same storm to work with Bill. Five stars.
