  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Skycap Roofing. The work they completed on my roof was not only subpar but also failed to meet basic building codes. Despite assurances of quality, they left my roof leaking. Their lack of professionalism was staggering. Not only did they overlook critical safety and construction standards, but their customer service was nothing but dismissive when I reached out to report the issues. Every attempt to get them to address their mistakes was met with delays, excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. I am now seeing them for the cost of another company to do the job they should have done in the first place. I strongly advise against hiring Skycap Roofing. Their shoddy workmanship, disregard for proper construction practices, and poor customer service make them a company to avoid. Your home deserves better.

  Our roofer Reuben did an excellent job! He is very professional and took care of everything from initial inspection, make the claims, inspection with the adjustor, make the repair, wrap up the work and send the final work pictures to the insurance company. He also gave update as the things went along. He was very responsive to my questions as long as I asked him. Now everything is done and I just hope his crews did an excellent job just as he did and give no issue down the road, and even if any, he and his company will be responsible and work on immediately.   They did a great job of working with us, our insurance and mortgage company after a bad hailstorm. We did our roof, siding and gutters with them and couldn't be happier! This is a big process and SkyCap was great with communication.

  I had storm damage from a storm that passed through Paola, KS on April 14, 2026. My realtor recommended SKYCAP Roofing and Remodeling and so I called them. Sales representative Christopher Rincon showed up and explained the whole insurance process and what was next in the repairing of my home. I hired SKYCAP to do the repairs and it wasn't long after that the materials were delivered and my roof was replaced. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and worked well together. Less than a week later another crew showed up to replace the window wraps and fascia wraps. They were also on time, efficient, professional and had the work done in less than a half a day. Less than a week later the guttering was being replaced. Again, the crew showed up on time, efficient, were professional, and also got the work done in less than half a day. All the repairs were done in a little over a month and I was very impressed and satisfied with all the work that was done to my house. Christopher kept me informed throughout the whole process, I was very pleased and would definitely hire SKYCAP Roofing and Remodeling again to do the work.
