  A gentleman called me and didn’t even introduce himself. He stated that he would be coming by later to look at my roof. I never once requested their services. I told him I wasn’t interested. He then threatened me and said I can’t stop them from coming by and that he’ll be waiting for me at my own home. They tried to bully me into buying a new roof.

  Process start ok…..ended bad! Alejandro is very rude and threaten me after I texted and told him to give me a minute I would call him back. He immediately sent me 9 more texts. I will not do business with them anymore. Sad things is I have 3 other homes that need roof replacements on and because of his actions today. I will seek out other roofing companies. Jose you have Alejandro to thank for this. Have a nice day!!

  Same as others, door to door salesman interrupts my work day with a no solicitation sign clearly posted. I asked him to leave and he told me he wasn't selling anything. Then wanted his card back before he would leave and made me very uncomfortable. Kept pushing a conversation when I told him I was not interested. Not a good driver to your business.

  Make sure your door-to-door salespeople understand what "No solicitors" means. I work from home and had to pause a meeting because someone rang the bell and then proceed to knock repeatedly. After pointing to the sign and informing him I didn't want his service, he proceeded to come back the very next week, ring the doorbell, and bang on the door. That's the quickest way to guarantee I never use your business.

  Thier salesmen have zero respect for your property and privacy. I have a clearly posted no soliciting sign on my door yet they proceed to not knock but pound on my door all while using fowl language. Unprofessional and technically trespassing.

  JPA is a very professional company that provided quality service throughout process. Another company left me dry when they realized my insurance company was not going to cover the entire roof, but Gus at JPA worked with the insurance company to get me more money. He also insured the work was completed in a timely manner. The roof and gutters look beautiful.

  Jose and JPA roofing team did a great job with our roof replacement. The house was well protected before the start of the replacement and they cleaned up well after the job was complete. Our roof looks great! I would recommend them, they service around Overland Park area.

  Yes a definite 5* review . Very impressed with workmanship and would recommend Gavin Wilson’s crew to anyone . He made the job go so easy and was professional in every way .   JPA was professional, communicative and thorough. This was my first roof replacement, and I was initially thrown that some companies didn’t have itemized estimates upfront. Gavin though was very good about breaking down the process in clear terms so that I had peace of mind from start to finish. Jose ran a great crew getting my roof done in 1 day. JPA overall was an excellent choice and I’d highly recommend!
