  DHI representative named Dakota just knocked on my door that is clearly marked no soliciting and tried to sell me a roof. He lied and was not courteous. He was asked to leave my property.

  Terrible company they do not hire professionals. They hire people who do not clean up properly nor do they respect nearby neighbors yards or property. On top of this, we had them do our home about 9 years ago or so and when they did, they caused damage to our siding and rails on porch and deck. This was thousands of dollars worth of damage. They sent some contractor to repair the damage and he wasn't that great either. Our neighbors also had their roof done and also received damage on there house. They most recently used them again, well this time they had trash all over my yard and even killed my grass on my yard. I was told by someone from DHI that they would use a magnet to pick up any nails that was leftover including on my yard. That was not the case. I used mine and found a bunch. This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen for roofing. They lie and deceive.

  Door-to-door salesman was nice enough, but I have a “no soliciting” sign on my door. I pointed it out to him, and he said “yeah, sorry, my boss makes me knock on every door, or I get fired.” Making your employees do illegal things under threat of losing their job doesn’t really make me want to give you my business.

  DHI Roofing, they're great at selling the work, and getting you to pay. DHI Roofing however, has poor communication when the customer needs to get ahold of the project manager, and getting issues diagnosed and corrected. They're great at contacting you when they need to be paid and want contracts signed. Ultimately, they assisted with getting a roof replacement finished, but they didn't properly seal most/all of the roof vents, causing a leak that damaged the ceiling/drywall. Since then, they refused to fix the drywall, and couldn't properly diagnose the issue in the first place (they chalked it up as an HVAC issue and left). It took another roofing contractor to fix their quality issue in the first place. End of the day, I would pick someone else if you care about prompt communication and fully sealed roof vents.

  Their sales guy knocked on my door at 8:15 PM on a Saturday night when I was getting my kids ready for bed. I have no soliciting signs on my door and my doorbell. Please don’t use a company like this. If they don’t respect our decision to have people ringing our doorbell, I definitely don’t trust them to put a roof on my house.

  Salesman blatantly ignored 3 No Soliciting signs. Made excuses when confronted about it. A company that hires a person like that as their spokesperson should not be trusted to work on your property.

  Phillip did a great job inspecting my roof and walking me through the entire process. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was looking for. Thankfully, no damage was found, and I really appreciated his honesty and the peace of mind that came with knowing everything looked good. I would absolutely recommend Phillip and DHI Roofing to anyone needing a roof!

  My experience with DHI Roofing deserves a 5 star rating. Garrison Vanmeter was exceptionally helpful with the replacement of my roof. He explained the insurance process in detail and answered every question that I had. He is very courteous and is an asset to the company.

  Cole Machovsky with DHI Roofing did a great job on my storm damage inspection today! The service was super fast, very high quality, and I feel strongly that I received an honest and genuine opinion on how to best address the storm damage on my roof, siding, and guttering. I have already recommended this company to family and neighbors.

  If you need your roof replaced or suspect wind/hail damage then pick up the phone and call DHI Roofing. Dakota Widmer is the person you want to speak with and have handle your project. Dakota is the best sales rep/customer service oriented person I have ever came across. From start to finish, Dakota ensured that me and my family had all the details and he did not hold back any information. Dakota was transparent 100% of the time throughout the whole process of replacing our roof. I wouldn’t want any other person or company working on my roof. DHI and Dakota have made a life long customer out of me and I will be using them on any roof project I hav moving forward. Thank you, DHI.
