  Called and set an appointment it was weeks before they could come out..ok set it up we took off early from work(unpaid), NO SHOW. They had told me Fernado Hernandez would be the one coming out. 15 minutes past appointment time I called to the office. No answer, left a message no one called back or ever came out. 24 hours later still not even a phone call..very poor

  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is not things I want to hear about but need to. We did find out one of our phone numbers was entered wrong on a website so this could of been your issue. I hope you had your issue taken care of if not please reach out again.

  I would love to say how good of a company this is, but I could never get them to return my calls. I called three time. The first time I spoke with someone. I told them I needed an estimate and inspection to have my roof replaced. They said someone would contact me within two days. Four days later, nothing, so I called but this time had to leave a message. Still nothing. I called a third time, it had been over a week since my first call. Again I had to leave a message. I said if no one returned my call, I was done. No one returned my call, that was four days ago. Sorry, Premier Roofing got my business for the $10,000 roof replacement that insurance is paying for.

  Wow. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of him and leaving numerous messages. Even told the lady every time, my address, my number and that I needed a metal roof put on. After 2 weeks I get a call he says he doesn't do metal roofing. But his own website says he does.

  Bill West Roofing responded to my message almost immediately. They sent an associate to Warrensburg in just a couple of days. The roof inspection showed that we needed a repair around the chimney and the sewer vent. I was so happy to have found a roofer that would do a repair on my 10 year old roof that had been installed by different company! Associate Mr. Hernandez did a top rate repair. I loved working with this business. They are communicative and did excellent work in a short time. Also reasonably priced. I could not have asked for more.

  Customer service and craftsmenship is well above average. Highly recommend! Bill was very kind, and helpful answering questions. From the bid to the install and after cleanup the entire process was seamless and hassle free.

  They came out to inspect my roof because it's getting old. I was fully expecting to be told I needed a new roof due to the age. Instead, I was informed that my roof is "showing it's age" but is still in good functional condition and does NOT need to be replaced yet. It's refreshing to interact with a business that demonstrates INTEGRITY and HONESTY. I know I'll be calling them back in a few years when it needs to be checked again. Thank you Bill West Roofing!

  I can't say enough good things about Bill West and and his company, Bill West Roofing. He gave me several bids for my roof at different price points. He walked me through each one and the differences as well as his recommendation and why. He did not try to upsell me something I didn't need. He patiently answered all my questions before and during the process. He called before the crews came (I also had the gutters and downspouts replaced) and checked in afterwards. The crews showed up on time, the roof was installed quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up. The roof and gutters look fantastic. Highly recommend Bill West Roofing.

  We had a bad hail storm that finished off our already old roof. We used Bill West and we are glad we did! Our roof looks amazing and they were blazing fast!! I was so happy it didn't drag on. Some of our neighbors had people banging on their house for 2 and 3 days. The workers got here around 7 am and they were all cleaned up and gone by 1 or 130 in the afternoon! Completely and totally cleaned up, no trash left anywhere! Not a trace! I was so impressed how fast, professional, and nice they were! Call around and then call Bill West. You won't be sorry! And no, this is not a fake review. Super happy with them from start to finish!!

  Bill West Roofing’s owner & crew are a pleasure to work with. Did a fantastic repair & roofing job, plus great clean up. My new roof looks wonderful!
