  Only consider Apple for roofing. We had roof and siding damage. They backed out completely on repairing the siding and the flashing around our house. They roofed our house on a Thursday. We notified them Friday am that they failed to shingle two sections of roof. They didn’t make it back until Tuesday to reroof the sections. The two storms that happened between Thursday and Tuesday were a nightmare to sit through as we were afraid of the roof leaking. They clearly wanted insurance money but didn’t want to do the job. It felt like bait and switch at every turn. I would not recommend. Photos of what the failed to get shingled the first time around.

  I wish I could give less than 1 star. I had worked with Tim when Apple was Triad so wanted to use them again for our new house. Big mistake. When Apple did our roof, we had several leaks and we noticed the roof looked wavy, some shingles were laying oddly and the downspout on the west side dumped water after the replacement. We had a massive hail storm in Platte Co several weeks back. Our insurance adjuster came out and inspected the roof and didn’t give us the ACV of a 1yr old roof because the workmanship was so shoddy. We just had it re-roofed today. Our roofer showed us where 2 pieces of plywood had to be replaced because there were 2 cracked rafters underneath. That explains the roof being wavy. Apple obviously roofed over the rafters and never mentioned it. As for the shingles looking oddly, they were laid incorrectly and in different directions. I questioned why I would need to replace a 1yr old roof after a hail storm that was bad but not what I would call catastrophic? It’s because subpar materials and cheap labor were used. In an effort to try to find the numerous leaks, Apple heavily caulked my roof - it didn’t appear anything was replaced, just rigged up. When we began having leaks, I wanted a refund of what I paid so I could go and find another roofer. In a good faith effort, since I had worked with Tim before, I gave Apple 4 different visits to try to stop the leaks and they finally did but apparently took every short cut possible. I know it’s too late now for any recourse and I’m sure Apple doesn’t care but I won’t be using them again. Also, their guys trash left water bottles and trash in attic that’s still there.

  I purchased a home with a new roof installed by Apple Roofing, and it caused nothing but headaches. We had multiple leaks when the roof was only two weeks old. They did try to remediate the issues, but had to come back twice as the initial repair was done improperly. The cherry on top was when the project manager screamed to me over the phone when I pointed out the issues to him. And before anyone accuses me of being an annoying Karen, I have multiple witnesses who can corroborate that I was maintaining a professional conversation.

  Do NOT hire this company. It was a nightmare from the start and no matter what they are STILL refusing to fix the issues I called out from the word go. I told them these gutters were issues and not right. They didn't listen. They only care …

  I'm writing this review with the hope that it deters anyone considering Apple Roofing( Formerly Triad Roofing) for their roofing needs. My job was completed around August 2021. The initial job was completely botched; I had it inspected by a 3rd party Roofing company before agreeing to final payment. Triad did come out and seem genuine in fixing all of my concerns. However, when I reached out 4 years later regarding some shingles that were starting to lift up I was informed that my lifetime workmanship warranty did not transfer over during the sale to Apple Roofing. If this was a completely different company I would've understood completely but the blue springs location has the same address, same employees, and even had my name in their system. Now they are giving me silent treatment. I have warranty paperwork and do believe I am legally entitled to having this transferred to the new company. Unless this gets addressed; I will be reporting this incident, along with all my other supporting documentation, to the Missouri AG and the State Licensing board. I also will be pursuing litigation.   Absolutely stay away. $400 estimate from this joke of a company. Second opinion was 15k. They work for the insurance co. Solely not the consumer.

  We used them through our insurance company and while they were responsive at first, now that our roof is done, but siding incomplete it's been radio silence..... disappointed DO NOT USE!!!

  Before any jokes, I like my mother in law, so when she suffered damage to her roof due to a recent storm I introduced her to Dusty Falcon at Apple Roofing. Dusty was extremely patient and thorough with her and walked her through the insurance portion in great detail. She likes her new roof, but brags about Dusty and his communication and follow thru.
