our commercial flat roof was old and giving us trouble every rainy season. reached out to Sky and they came out to take a look and gave us a quote that was actually reasonable compared to a couple others we got. they didnt try to upsell us on extras we had no use for. the crew showed up on time and worked steady through the job. took maybe four days total. what i noticed is they kept the area around the building clean, no nails or debris left in the lot which matters when you got customers and staff coming through. the new roof drains properly now, no more standing water pooling up there for days. we had a heavy storm roll through last week and not a drop inside. the office manager who was dreading this whole thing said it went smoother than she thought. billing was straightforward too, matched what they quoted. if your flat roof keeps failing these are the ones to call.

The process started with a phone call where I actually got a person, not a voicemail. They scheduled an inspection for that same week and whoever came out spent maybe forty minutes on the roof before sitting down with me to go over what he …

Solid experience working with Sky on our office building roof. The membrane was getting close to twenty years old and starting to show its age, especially around the drains. We had been putting off doing anything about it because the last contractor we used for a different property left us with a mess and we were not eager to repeat that. These guys felt different from the first walkthrough. The estimator was matter of fact, did not try to sell us extras we did not need, and pointed out a few things we could hold off on. Crew was quiet and efficient. They worked around our tenants without complaints from anyone, which honestly was the bigger test for me. Pricing landed pretty close to where I expected based on my research

Recurring leak above our server room finally handled. They traced it to a bad flashing detail two other crews missed. Fixed in an afternoon. Dry ever since

Sky Flat Roofing did our commercial building and it was a solid experience overall. quote was detailed and they stuck to the price they gave us. the crew worked fast but the finished roof looks really good, clean and tight everywhere. drainage improved a ton compared to the old roof which is probably the thing im most happy about. they also worked around our business hours which we appreciated since we couldnt shut down during the project. would call them again for our other property

our flat roof was leaking near the drain and it was getting worse every storm. Sky came out and found the membrane around the drain had cracked and separated. they cut out the bad section, patched it properly and resealed the whole drain area. that was about a month ago and we've had heavy rain since with zero leaks. problem solved

Called sky flat to get a quote for my shop in Evanston and they sent someone out the same day. The whole process was way easier than I thought it would be. They kept me in the loop and the roof looks solid. Definitely recommend them.

We had a persistent leak in our warehouse for months that two other companies could not seem to find. Every time it rained we had to move equipment around to keep it dry. Sky Flat came out and did a thorough inspection of the entire flat roof surface. They identified several areas where the membrane had failed around the HVAC units. Their team was professional and explained the repair process clearly. Since they finished the work last month we have not had a single drop inside despite some heavy storms in Evanston. It is such a relief to not worry about the inventory getting ruined anymore. I really appreciate their honesty and the quality of the workmanship they provided for our business.

DIY Flat Roof Repair in Evanston: Is It Really Worth It? Many homeowners in Evanston consider fixing their flat roof themselves to save money. Hiring specialists in flat roof repair near Evanston ensures the job is done safely and efficiently. While DIY may work for very minor fixes, most situations require professional attention.
