  Shockingly unreliable and unprofessional. They answered my first call on wednesday and said they would come to inspect my leaking roof on saturday morning. I haven't heard from them since. I called them about once per hour throughout the entire day saturday, but they ignored every single call, and their voicemail box is perpetually full. They simply ghosted me and never showed up

  In response to the above comment, Logan Clark was never a customer we did work for. The time period he is referring to was late February of 2021 when a major snow storm hit the Chicago land area. We tried our best to get out to everyone who called, but it became impossible. Our voicemail was full due to over 100 calls coming our way per day. We were never able to get out to his property during this time.

  When we were deciding whether to put a new roof on or put a second layer on top of the old one. Matt assured us that putting a second layer on would work. He also assured us that putting a second layer on would not prevent him from finding and fixing a leak that had broken through an upstairs bedroom ceiling. Matt was true to his word.

  Matt Lynch and his team have been very good to me from the start. When I was looking to buy my house in Wilmette, Matt provided my realtor an opinion on the condition of the roof and cost to replace it. Then after I bought the house and the roof started to leak a few months later, he patched it up on short notice. When I was ready to get the roof replaced, his team efficiently did the job over two days and did a great job cleaning up my yard of shingles and nails afterward. Then Matt followed up with warranty info for my records. In the months since the work was done, the roof has held up great through heavy rain and strong winds. Truly a great experience, thanks Matt and team!

  Matt is extremely personable and quickly responds to inquiries and concerns, though i had very few of either. His team works well together, the result being a gorgeous, well - planned and executed new roof and thoroughly cleaned work site.

  We had Matt from Lynch roofing install a whole new roof and replaced old skylights. We had to go thru insurance for storm damage and Matt handled everything. Turned a difficult experience into a wonderful one!! The roof is Perfect! Cannot say enough good things about Lynch Roofing! Wouldn't call anyone else. The BEST!!!! Happy in Morton Grove!!!!!!!
