Our roof had been leaking and getting worse each season. David came out and recommended a full replacement rather than patching. The new roof has held up great through the rain with no issues at all.

Roof was old and starting to look rough so we had David do a full replacement.they didnt dance around it on what needed doing and didnt drag it out.also swapped the gutters at the same time which worked out.the new roof looks sharp and the property was clean when they wrapped up.good company to deal with,no runaround.

Roof replacement on a 1950s house in Evanston. They handled the tear off, replaced a section of bad decking near the chimney, and installed the shingles in two days. The lines around the dormers and vents look clean. Roof has held up through a couple heavy rains since with no issues.

We experienced a small delay because of weather, which was understandable. What stood out was how proactive the company was about keeping us informed. There were no surprises and no confusion. Once work began, the crew moved quickly and completed the project with great attention to detail.

Following recent storms across Chicago, many homeowners are finding damage they didn't know existed until an inspection revealed it. Even small hail impacts or wind damage can affect the roof's long-term performance. Most insurance policies cover storm-related damage, but not normal aging or maintenance issues. Take photos of visible damage, contact your insurance company promptly, and schedule a professional roof inspection. An experienced roofing contractor can prepare inspection reports, document the damage, and meet directly with the insurance adjuster to ensure everything is properly reviewed. Need guidance through the claims process? We work with insurance companies every day and are here to help every step of the way.Jul 20, 2026Call now
